I'll stay here again...Clean, Friendly, and Reliable.

so very nice to have breakfast in the Inn.

The toilet in the room (506) was too close to the wall and the toilet paper dispenser was in the way of sitting down. Making it uncomfortable.
-
Great FiDi location. Unfortunately it’s right next to an awful Irish bar where drunks set off car alarms and the like. The hotel has that old school New York upper class feel, ornate rather than sleek and modern.

The hotel was clean, but overall it was not what I expected. The room was very small and there was barely any space for our luggage. The bathroom was also very tiny with very little space to put our belongings. They did not provide lotion, the beds felt old and were very small, and the carpet looked outdated. Although the hotel was clean, the size of the room, the beds, and the overall condition of the room made our stay less comfortable.

Breakfast could have more healthy options. Too many carbs. Not much protein.

The cleanliness I wish it would’ve had a restaurant for convenience.

This hotel is a rare gem in the heart of the financial district. Its classic American decor and well maintained building is delightful. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was the perfect amount and variety for all the guests. I look forward to stay there again!

The carpet was worn out and some of the furniture was worn and outdated.

Lovely spot convenient to the activities we were doing. Very friendly and helpful stuff.

I have no idea how this hotel secured such a high rating on Hotels.com. I felt I was duped upon check-in. In a word, it’s a dump. All the carpets are dirty and dingy, the furniture in the room is dated, the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable and the fridge and air conditioner were so noisy I couldn’t sleep well at all. To be frank,it looked like an episode of Law & Order where they find someone deceased under the bed in a seedy hotel - that’s what this hotel looked like to me.

Breakfast was awful. You can get only cheap carbohydrates. Don’t you guys heard about the protein?

We were happy to be welcomed at this charming inn, very quiet and exceptional service. The make-your-own waffles at breakfast were much enjoyed! We’d love to visit again!
-
It was a charming hotel. It had a very historic feel to it. The beds were comfortable. Big bathroom! Very convenient location to Staten Island Ferry, Battery Park, Wallstreet and the 9/11 museum. Breakfast was complimentary. It was standard free breakfast foods. Definitely a perk in NYC! We would stay here again.
-
Great little place right off of Wall St, awesome staff, walking distance to the Bull, 911 Memorial, and buses /subways, good breakfast, charming hotel and room, and fair priced for NYC No complaints
-
The bathroom had no counter space. The breakfast didn't have eggs and sausage or bacon only a toaster and waffle iron.
-
Noisy AC, smelly rooms and uninterested front desk staff. Unfortunately not the greatest experience
