The Wall Street Inn

This hotel is all about location if you need to be in the Wall Street/Southern tip of Manhattan area. Inside everything from the lobby to the rooms is very tired & dated. The gym is pretty awful and essentially a hotel store-room. If you come here with the right expectations you won’t be disappointed even though you will still be paying NYC prices with very poor value for money.

The rooms were not the cleanest the furniture was frayed very old appearance for a high priced hotel ..the breakfast was very sad toaster did not work .. the room toilet and sink poor drain … tub very antiquated .. did let staff know the plumbing issue .. despite that the staff at the front very pleasant and helpful .. also candy at desk looks like been a bag for a very long time

Overall, the hotel was a good choice for us. Located near NY harbor, very close to R, W, and 1 subway lines, and also on a quiet street. The hotel is comfortable and the property is well maintained. The rooms are relatively large and comfortable. This is actually my second time staying there. The first time was something like 17 years ago. The price was also reasonably by NYC standards. The only downside was the breakfast which was extremely poor even for a modest continental breakfast. I think 17 years ago it was much better. Despite that, I do recommend this hotel for a stay in NYC

Beautiful hotel, very clean room, great location. By having hotel with validated receipt (saved us $20 overnight), the valet parking garage across the street was quite convenient. However, upon check-in on Saturday 5p, there was an Octoberfest a half-block away and everyone was heavily drinking with lots of DJ music and drunken noise. We asked the front desk about it at check-in but they said it would be quiet by 11:30pm and dismissed our concern. Even with the windows closed on our corner room, the decibel level was too high and lasted till 2:40am! Other guests we spoke to in different parts of the hotel had the same complaint. Hotel should provide earplugs upon arrival, like we received in a Newport, RI hotel in 2022.

Luxury and traditional NYC style. And little, no crowds. Sheets and towels are supersofts. No breakfast with fruits and good options. No service to order specials, they're losing money here, ' cause there's nothing good to buy around the hotel, although it's on delmonico's street, not a walkable place.

The comfort and cleanliness of the room The breakfast buffet area was full so we didn’t get breakfast. We were told later that there was extra seating area. I wish a staff person would have asked us. The cost is too high. I only stayed because my sister booked there

The hotel is very dated - from amenities to windows to decor. It was nice having coffee, tea, and water available from 7a - 10p, but it was only available in the lobby. There is no in-room option for coffee or tea if you are up and about before 7am. The corner room seemed like a good idea, but more windows mean more sound and light let in. The sound from the numerous bars nearby could be silenced if you have ear plugs. The drain for the bathroom tub was broken, so it was necessary to call maintenance to drain the tub after a shower or bath - every time.

I can't say that I enjoyed my stay at the Wall Street Inn. Where to begin? My room had a musty, unpleasant odour, there was plaster falling from the bathroom ceiling and a hole beginning, the bed was uncomfortable, I had issues with the thermostat and the air con. There just isn't much positive I can say about this hotel. The staff was okay (which is the best part of any review I could give). I would not go back.

The only valuable asset the property has is its proximity in lower Manhattan to sightseeing opportunities The property has no amenities on site and the breakfast they offer is pathetic

The location was excellent, and our room was beautifully decorated and comfortable. The breakfast was ok, but I was hoping for some hot food. Overall, it was a very nice stay in a very nice hotel. Breakfast - wish there had been some hot food options.

The location was great for my needs The toilet in the room (506) was too close to the wall and the toilet paper dispenser was in the way of sitting down. Making it uncomfortable.
