Photos were really deceptive on website. Bed was comfortable, having two TV’s was useful but can’t really say anything more positive about the room. Bathroom was very small & needed a deep clean. Maybe my expectations for a more spacious and light room in New York were too high but definitely not worth the money we paid for a ‘suite’. Would definitely stay elsewhere next time we visit.

They gave you a warm cookie when you check in and it was delicious! Room was kinda tight but it is to be expected in New York City.
-
It was perfect
-
parking is a little inconvenient and pricey but besides that great place to stay in the city!

El restaurante es muy bueno.
-
Disappointing experience. Great location and excellent housekeeping but elevator hell.
-
Great location in lower Manhattan at a great price---steps away from the subway. Skip the overpriced uptown hotels. Parking is convenient but is not included. Ask the front desk; they will give you a parking voucher to take some money off the tab.

Stay was fine, staff wasn’t the friendliest but did not have any issues. Elevators were painfully slow. But great location, clean and up to date.
-
Location was great and staff was very helpful. Just beware the elevator situation is slow and it's better to get a lower floor. Other than that this was a great hotel and id stay there again. A++

Hotel was clean and staff were very friendly!!

The employees and desk workers were great and always helped us out when needed. I didn’t know realize our room would be as small as it was but it worked, just not a lot of room for luggage.
-
Room was great, view was super. Appreciated ability to leave luggage on-site prior to check-in. There were three elevators but always seemed like one or two were not as quick to respond so a lot of traffic was stuffed into one elevator, making getting downstairs a bit of a chore, stopping at least three or four times en-route. This did not change over the four days I was at the property. Otherwise a top-notch facility, would definitely consider the property for future bookings!

Check in was quick and easy.. I should say we did check in rather late around 8:30PM. The room was cozy and the view was wonderful. There was a system outage that was preventing other guests to check in, the staff was actively working to figure out a solution to get folks into their rooms. It was nice to see that the staff really cared.

there are two doubletree hotels do not confuse
-
Only 3 elevators for 44 floors was a bit of an inconvenience. The service was excellent and all of the staff were very friendly. Overall, I would stay again just on a lower level floor.

Convenient location. Near Wall Street, Trinity Church and plenty of restaurants.
