Our room was very small, but comfortable and clean. Kids and grandkids had a much bigger room, and that was great! The restaurant was way understaffed, but the gentlemen there did an amazing job and made sure we were well taken care of!

Great!

After check-in it took 20 minutes to access one of three elevators, upon entry to room it had a foul odor, food was left in the small fridge/cooler which was off,we were gagging from the smell. After several calls to a rude associate we finally git a new room. The rooms walls are paper thin could hear normal conversations of people next door, hallway was echo noisy. Will NOT stay here again!!!

Breakfast was good and all you can eat with hot options. The staff was all friendly and the air condition worked very well thankfully because we our stay was during the 100+ degree heatwave on the 4th of July 2026 weekend. The view from the 36th floor was great. The thing that made the stay just 3 stars is the horrible elevators. It took us 25 minutes to get to the 2nd floor just to check in. I recently had surgery so i could not carry our luggage up the stairs. Then after the 5 minute check in process it took us another 30 minutes to catch an elevator from the lobby to our room floor. Absolutely horrible and during the stay there were times we waited on the floor for 10 minutes for an elevator down. Everything else was great but due to the elevator situation i would not stay here again. Hope this helps.

It was an ok stay. Nothing really bad to say
-
Elevators are terrible- plan an extra 45 minutes to get down.. or up

I genuinely found a centipede in my bed as I was checking out, meaning i’ve been sleeping in a bed for two nights hugging all the pillows and sleeping with a centipede just crawling around in the same bed.

I was allowed to check in early at no extra cost.

Staff was not really helpful in accommodating the needs

The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was kept very clean and the room was good. The only problem were the elevators- for the entire 40+ floors, there were only three small elevators that only worked about half the time. Other than that, the hotel was good. If you are looking to stay with family of 3 or 4 members then suggest a different place. Good for business and office visits.

The price
-
Close to battery park Long wait for elevator
-
Elevators are too slow. Location is good

Great location, we were given tasty chocolate chip cookies. Quite close to subway station. Thin walls, only two elevators with 40+ floors means waiting a while everytime. Also we couldnt connect to the wifi and calling the front desk using the phone from the room did nothing as we couldnt reach it.
