Hampton Inn Manhattan/Downtown-Financial District

Everything met my expectations. Best breakfast of all the hotels we stayed at during our trip to NYC. After we checked out, they held our bags so that we could explore the area. Best staff ever! Slightly hard to find as the construction blocks the view of the front door. Not their fault but just a headsup to others. It would be helpful to have a sign on the east end of the block to guide you.

Great location, solid breakfast, and great staff

The complimentary breakfast was another highlight, offering a good variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options to suit different preferences. I would also like to sincerely appreciate the exceptional service provided by the manager, Jonathan. When we arrived to check in, the hotel's system was temporarily down, but Jonathan went above and beyond to ensure we were checked in smoothly and comfortably despite the technical issue. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to help made a great first impression. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable, well-located place to stay with excellent customer service.

Warm welcome by Q and other staff members, upgraded to a King room on 7th Floor away from the elevator so a quieter room. Good location for exploring Manhattan and Brooklyn, easy access to NYSE and lots of good restaurants and cheap eats in the area.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were professional and friendly. They also delivered a refrigerator be brought to my room. The bed was very comfortable and cozy. The elevator was very slow. There are no other recommendations. Everything was great. It was very quiet and comfortable. The staff were very good.

Location for my meeting venue , cleanliness, staff attention, quiet room, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast, fresh coffee/tea always available. Surrounded by construction sites but the hotel itself made up for the location in the above ways.
