There were good food options and they were well prepared. The property was clean and comfortable. It is very close to public transportation. Overall great stay!

The room was clean and spacious enough,...larger than the infamously small rooms in a lot of NYC hotels. Everything was in great condition and worked as expected. The staff was friendly and very helpful. One of the front desk agents was the one that informed us about the 1 triain being so nearby. When we first arrived, the room I had chosen wasn't ready, but the front desk agent found another available room without issue, so that we could check-in early, put our bags away and make our ferry to the island. We were very grateful. Check-in was easy. The security deposit was $50 per night. Very stress-free process. After we returned from Governors Island, we were very tired and hungry. we checked on the menu at the restaurant on the 2nd Floor and decided to irder room service. Food came quickly and was good! It was a great stay!!!

The rooms are small. The first day, cleaning didn't show up until 5pm. By then had already requested clean towels. The restaurant was OK and the waitstaff was good.
