NYC was doing construction in front of hotel blocking entrance and exit, apart from that everything was very good. Proximity to battery park and staten island ferry was added advantage

Very clean, south ferry subway is very close and convenient, close to Brooklyn. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order - very helpful staff in the restaurant

It was okay for the night pretty view but smelled of cigarette. The ac unit doesn’t stop running it has no off button runs all day & night.

The Battery Park was near us, It was quiet in our room

Room had some issues tile falling off the baseboard in the bathroom and the bathroom vent fan was not working. AC could use the filters washed off.
