Perfect place for business travel. Spotless room, very tiny but standard for nyc. Nice linens. Great breakfast.

Great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring Lower Manhattan. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Would definitely stay here again

Loved it

Everything was great. My only minor complaint is that the bed frame felt flimsy and was extremely squeaky. Every turn was accompanied by loud squeaking.

The rooms were small but nice and clean and the beds were comfortable. AC on full blast for the hot summer! Staff were excellent! no furniture in room. no fridge or and tables or closets. great if you are just using the room to sleep and watch TV Also I would have liked the entrance to be more accessible. Hard to get up and down stairs with a disability especially with luggage. I did notice that they threw away all the uneaten pastries which was a shame. I'd have taken some down to broadway and fed some homeless if I had known. Overall the good outweighed the negative though.

Also, dining place was very cold.

Staff were amazing and extremely kind and helpful. The AC worked very well, hotel is very clean, and it is a very good location for seeing the city but not being directly in the worst crowds the moment you leave the hotel.

Only stayed for one night but the experience was great! Love the area! So much to do around there and the staffs recommendations were awesome! You also get a discount with some local spots in the area just for being a guest at the FiDi hotel which the front desk can tell you more about. Room was small but was nice and clean! Excellent hospitality! I will definitely come back!

This was our first time staying in the Financial District area and we enjoyed our stay. The room was not super big but it had all we needed including an umbrella, which we did use. Love the brand they had for amenities. And the free continental breakfast saved us some money. Staff was great and polite!

The room was incredibly clean and kept well. I loved the design of the bathroom because of the tiled flooring. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast however was basic. It was juice, cereal, pastries, tea, etc. but no hot food. Overall, it was good.

Complimentary drinks at 5pm and accommodating a late check out. The location was perfect for the knicks parade and after party. It made easy to maneuver around. I would def recommend this to anyone visiting the city the weekend. The staff was wonderful. Nothing

The advertised "Roof Top" bar is only on the 2nd floor in a 31-story building - "roof top" implies a view - we had a great view of the big chain discount hotel entrance across the street. Nice room, nice outdoor terrace, but "Terrace Bar" would be more accurate. Rooms are small - executive king is so tight the closet is a narrow pantry and the safe is literally under the bed. The is no coffee maker, fridge or mini-bar in the room. The "breakfast" was disappointing, I've had a better selection at inexpensive motel chains. It would have been ok if I didn't have to wait 15+ minutes when I arrived at 9:30AM on a Saturday after they had already run out coffee before my first and what turned out to be my only cup of coffee before they ran out of coffee again. There were at least six other guests waiting on coffee when they dumped a small carafe of coffee into the large empty urn - it was empty again a few minutes later. They had already run out of OJ before 9:30, There was a selection of croissants, rolls and cereal. It would have qualified as a continental breakfast if there had been ample juice and coffee. I could have paid 1/2 the price to stay across the street for the same minimal service. I feel foolish.

The hotel was amazing- beautiful and clean- also in an awesome location. Barron at the front desk upgraded our room, making our anniversary trip one we will never forget!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was perfect for the two of us. It was comfortable and modern and the mattress was very comfortable. The breakfast was a nice extra to have. Would happily stay there again if given the option.
