Location Room was pretty dark even with all lights on

The staff were super friendly. The hotel was clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Très petit. Le déjeuner est pas ouf il n’y a quasiment rien à manger. Débite beaucoup d’argent sur vos cartes faite très attention ! je regrette énormément surtout pour le prix que j’ai payé.

Overall stay was great! Was expecting more from the breakfast options.

I would not recommend this hotel, and I would not book it again for a future trip. From the very first day, my experience was disappointing. I arrived around 1 p.m., and the front desk staff took my luggage and simply told me that I had to wait until 3 p.m. to check in. They didn’t even check whether a room was already available. At many hotels, early check-in is offered when rooms are ready, or guests are notified when their rooms become available. Unfortunately, this hotel didn’t offer that option, so we had to wait until 3 p.m. and return to the front desk to check again. The room itself was also poorly equipped. There was no luggage rack or even a small table to put my belongings on. As a result, I had to repeatedly open and close my suitcase whenever I needed something, which was very inconvenient. The shower was another major issue. Every time I took a shower, water spread all over the rest of the bathroom, leaving the floor completely wet. Overall, the hotel lacked basic amenities and convenience, and the experience did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend staying here, and I would choose a different hotel for my next trip.

The location is amazing but the staff who work at the lobby super professional !!! they answer all our questions. Breakfast!! I would really appreciate a more substantial, savory breakfast, with simple options such as regular bread, cheese, and coffee. It would also be great if breakfast and especially coffee were available for a longer period in the morning. I noticed other guests coming in just to get a cup of coffee. Since there is no coffee machine in the room, having coffee available throughout the morning is particularly important. Thank you for taking this into consideration!

Staff was great. Cleanliness great. Location great Liked the option of purchasing umbrellas, other places should do it Too expensive for the size room and poor quality of TV Breakfast was middle of the road Ok. I've traveled a lot this past month, and I can't remember the breakfast at the FIDI, so it wasn't bad and it wasn't great...

Very good place to stay in NYC for sightseeing. A bit expensive but compared to other hotels in NYC prices can be considered reasonable. Lack of daylight in the room (window facing another building), but it is a common thing in NYC?

They should invest in some warm breakfast (I knew this beforehand, so I was prepared), otherwise it's a great place!

Friendly and helpful staff. Complimentary cheese & wine was fabulous and a great way to meet/chat before heading out for the evening. Lack of seating/social/bar area in the day. Absence of tea/coffee and fridge facilities in room.

The staff, bed and convenience. Breakfast was continental and there was a happy hour The size of the room was very small, no counter space in the bathroom ( small shelf) and the ledge in the room was where we put our suitcase. The room was dimly lit , no light around the ledge to work. The light in the bathroom was also lacking for makeup.

Clean room, helpful staff noisy air conditioner. But great location in lower Manhattan. Would stay again.

This is my worst hotel experience, I had high expectations but my experience was far lesser than I envisaged. First the room was too small, bump my leg to the bed and surprisingly iron bed frame. No pressing iron available for guest No microwave Breakfast had limited options
