The hotel in general plus rooms and spa were beautifully maintained and clean.

Second, the expectations are set very high — elegant atmosphere, dress code, club-like culture — yet in practice, they were unable to prepare even a basic cappuccino properly. The foam was simply poured into the cup without any consistency, not to mention any form of presentation, and to top it off, it was spilled into the saucer during service. The taste was quite unpleasant. One might overlook this at Starbucks, but for a name like Cipriani, it is frankly shocking. Third, the beautiful terrace bar was under renovation, which is disappointing in itself.

Too expensive. I was shocked to find out breakfast is not included. We were asked to not take photos while at the restaurant.

Super clean and low key hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant was great at times other times staff seemed confused as to who was servicing our table. Food was pretty good but pricey. Sad that the Jazz lounge is closed for summers. I would stay here again.
