I like that the rooms are cleaned daily and the service is polite. A downside for me was that the hot water ran out quickly; we arrived late in the evening, and there was no warm water left.

El personal super amable. La limpieza muy floja. El aire Acondicionado hace un ruido tremendo. La primera noche nos dieron una habitación que daba a una pared/maquinas… horrible. Luego nos cambiaron a un piso 11 y la vista cambio toda la experiencia.

very nice area surrounding it, would recommend staying here if you like to walk and explore, from here we walked to brooklyn over the bridge, also to the 9-11 memorial, as well as times square on different occasions and they were enjoyable walks with things to see and do the whole way

The staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast pastries and coffee, as well as the afternoon cookies are a nice touch. The hotel is conveniently located close to wonderful Soho shopping. This property gives you a bang for your buck.

A very cozy room. Perfect for a solo traveler on a short business trip. The WiFi is a little slow but everything else was fine.

Smelled Bad. Shower was clogged and i showered in a pool of water. disgusting. the smell was awful the carpet was so old the tub was clogged
