Great staff, great location, great price. The hotel is a bit small, and the rooms are a bit small. Not luxury, but it perfectly met my needs.

Hotel location is very good. Walking distance to Chinatown and Little Italy. Nice clean room and freindly staff. Only the thing I don't like is no microwave or fridge inside room.
-
Loved my experience here. Clean, safe, cold air conditioning, comfortable bed, great staff.
-
Good location for my trip — close to subway and plenty of options nearby to eat. Room was comfortable and clean. I’d stay again.

Value for money

I assume I had bad luck. But the system to unlock the room every day was not working. I had to go to the lobby all the time and ask for a new key to unlock the room. The staff was great, and the location is perfect.
-
Was overbooked and never contacted about such. Had to walk 18 minutes to new hotel.

What we needed for one night…. staff was nice room was nice but could be cleaner
-
The bathtub drain was clogged and drained very slowly. I had to turn off the water multiple times during my shower before I could continue using the shower.

Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was clean and the hotel was in a great location for the price.

My only real complaint was the beds, they were rock hard to the point that I woke up with a sore hip! Thank goodness each bed had a lot of pillows so I just made myself a bit of a cocoon :) Other than that it was decent. Basic coffee and small muffins/pastries were served each morning in the lobby till about 9:30. Good location walking distance to little Italy and chinatown as well as soho.
-
Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Hotel located minutes from Chinatown and Little Italy. Great location to Canal Street on the subway and then to all destinations in Manhattan. A great find
-
Charged too many fees. There’s a breathing fee, a walking fee, a fee to open the door. It’s ridiculous.
-
Good relatively inexpensive option in SoHo, with good location, clean room and friendly staff.
-
Room was good for the price.

Just the place we needed to crash after exploring the city!
-
It was clean and ac worked great. A little short on storage in bathroom but we made do. Beds wrre extremely comfortable. Location excellent! Little italy and chinatown 1 block away

The location is very strategic for us as first-time visitors to New York. We came as a family, and we really enjoyed it. The staff is friendly and warm.

Overall, this is an excellent value for the price. The location was superb for the places we were visiting this trip. Drawbacks include not having even a small fridge in the rooms, so we couldn't bring leftovers from our meals. The windows are paper thin so we could hear all the traffic and street noise at all hours.
