The room was clean, staff was amazing, heard us and made sure all our request with the room was met. The only thing was the bed could be more comfortable and the room ac could be less loud. Otherwise it was an amazing stay. Location is amazing to food and sightseeing.

Tv didn’t work. Couldn’t control the air and the shower water stayed extremely hot.

The air conditioning is extremely loud, and I couldn’t sleep well because of the constant noise. Waking up feeling tired and frustrated was very disappointing. I also tried to turn off the AC, but there was no option to do so. This made my stay very uncomfortable and frustrating.

They serve coffee from a Keurig in the AMs. The tub wouldn’t,t drain so they got the Engineer to fix that .good overall and arranged a ride to the airport for me.

Very helpful, always with a smile on their face. The rooms are small, bit comfortable. Only issue is that the sink's tap is so strong that it sprays all over, unless you only turn it on slightly. But overall, fantastic for the Price

It was a very hot few days and the air conditioning in our room was wonderful. This is a great location and easy to get on and off the train. I’d definitely stay here again.

It is an excellent location you can get to know the city even on foot, very close to recognized shops, the hotel was impeccable in everything. We recommend.

I booked two rooms for family. They provided me one room immediately but took close to 30 minutes to provide keys for second room though I was check-in around 5PM.

Great location, just enough hustle and bustle while still getting a great neighborhood feel

Great location. Amenities were sub par. The property listed shampoo so one would expect conditioner to go with that but it didn't. The hairdryer acted like a diffuser instead of a actual hair dryer. I think a mini fridge would be the best addition. AC worked great. All in all I would stay here again because of value and location.
