Great location. Room had a lingering smell and dirty carpet. Was quite dated.

The customer service at The Broome was top tier. Our trip would have looked completely different if we had stayed elsewhere. I would stay there again without question.

Great little boutique hotel in a perfect location. The staff and the room size

Super cute, loved the free cappuccino every morning and it was perfectly located walkable to everything. Will definitely stay again

The rooms were comfortable and air adjusted as it should compared to the weather. I love the intimate design. Quiet and simple. The dinners were fabulous and a quick delicious breakfast. The staff at front were friendly and accommodating as well as all wait staff. I will be staying again in October for sure. Location was great for shopping and eating with subway access a few blocks away.

Great staff Great Location. AC works well. The photos are deceiving. This building is NOT on the corner The building shown is across the street. The real hotel is much smaller and one building in from the corner. Rooms either face Broome or the courtyard. The rooms overlooking the courtyard have a walkway in front of them so people walking by can see in so you have to keep the curtain down on the only window. Also they have now opened a restaurant in the courtyard. Luckily it seems to quiet around 10 pm. The breakfast is Very Light. No eggs or hot food. Expresso is available, however

Location, staff friendliness, boutique-y style Size of room too small, NO hot water facility in the room, no "view". No "inhouse" dining facility

One of the staff I met when I checked in was super helpful and friendly, the rest is ok. The location of the hotel is good, many restaurants and shops around it. I tried to called for questions from my room but no one picked up ever. The shower pressure was so low that I don't feel like showering. Requested the hotel to send someone to check, only answer me after 2 days and from the app telling me there is nothing they can do.

I stayed here during the January snowstorm. I felt very well taken care of because of the helpful and sympathetic staff. Wonderful refuge from the chaos and danger of the storm. Had everything I needed to be comfortable. I so appreciated the townhouse feeling of the hotel, like staying in someone's home but with real privacy and quiet. Excellent location although I couldn't take advantage of it because of the storm. I plan on returning! Highly recommend.

This tiny hotel was a really welcoming place to stay for 3 days for work. The staff was lovely, my room was spotless and well appointed, and the complementary breakfast at a cafe around the corner was outstanding. The bed was very comfortable. I'd come back.

We had a room facing the street, and it was Halloween weekend, but it was a very quiet stay! Truly impressive for NYC. Beds were super comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind, helpful and accommodating. It’s a little hidden gem in a great area.

The location was great. Close to shopping, metro and nice restaurants. Interior was tasteful and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful too. The place was under renovation. I knew this when booking and thought that it would be ok. But the luxurious and cute thing of this place was actually the courtyard and breakfast cafe. We got vouchers for a cafe nearby which was fine, but I would recommend to not book this hotel untill the renovation is done.
