Location was great- lots of shopping and food nearby and train station was close too! The staff were also really kind. I was put in a room that didn't get any sunlight and the water in the shower wouldn't stay hot.

Great interconnecting rooms with our children. Was really nice, felt like an appartment. Hotel in a great spot - we travelled to High line, Brooklyn and uptown - was in the middle of all three. Super restaurants around us. Try to go to Corima! Would highly recommend the hotel - the bedrooms are roomy. Wish you had a water fountain in the lobby - concierge handed out water bottles, but would like to have filled our own ones. Otherwise was excellent.

Great stay! So chic. Went to the night club and enjoyed it. Once I left, did not hear a thing in my room. The sound proofing was incredible. Also enjoyed the cafe downstairs. Staff were so nice and receptive. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was incredible. The rooms were very small and lots of loud construction. I would give it at most 4 stars. I think they’re trying for 5 stars but a ways to go.
