Good! And Nice stuff !!
-
I didn’t know I had to pay $219 for a hold on the room on top of the room fee of $254 then $100 deposit for half of a night due to me having a layover. I think I would definitely do more research on this hotel prior to visiting, that was a lot of money to pay out!!!

Wonderful stay!
-
Great stay for a business trip — comfortable room, helpful staff, everything I needed. Only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was flaky at times.
-
I wish the street had been more interesting with better commercial options. The subway was very convenient.

Bugs in the room and was not clean

Great location

Didn’t receive back deposit payment

Stayed for the ID4 fireworks and we really satisfied with our room, breakfast and most especially the staffs were so courteous and helpful.
-
Very clean and great staff. The location is a little questionable as they’re doing some construction right outside. The corner of canal street to the left could be cleaner as it seems like a common home for the homeless but I never once didn’t feel safe.

Perfect hotel - clean, tasteful, quiet.

The hotel is close to work for when I need to stay. It is a nice hotel an the staff is very nice. The air conditioner was fine but you cant adjust it. I need a fan or very cold to sleep . Especially very hot stuffy nights. The price was about 100 dollars more than the Wyndham down the street which I will try next time I need to stay unless the price is closer in favor of BW,

Amazing location, maid staff and reception were stellar. The breakfast is fantastic! I saw a review that food had run out? I was there for 8 days and had to wait less than a minute on one of the days for them to replenish. Food is made fresh, the cafe is run so clean and so well. This is one of my faves, if not my favorite. I've stayed in NY, specifically in this location many times.
-
well maintained for the small space, but the cleanliness was 7/10 - slight improvements to dusting and cleaning the showers is needed. the staff was very friendly. the door locks should be reevaluated
-
Nice to have the breakfast option, location was in the middle of lots of city life- if you're sensitive to noise, I wouldn't recommend
-
Definitely would recommend!!!

I really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect and within walking distance of multiple different subway stations. The staff were super nice and helpful. The AC in this hotel was a God send after the New York weather/humidity.
-
The hotel was spotless…so so clean. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely amazing…we were so surprised to see what a sodas they put out. I would def stay here again!!!

Very comfortable bed and very quiet room. Air conditioning kept room nice and cool on a very hot weekend. Easy walk to do many great areas - including the Brooklyn bridge. Friendly staff. Close to subway. The areasw immediately north and south are lovely (SoHo and Tribeca) and there are some really nice galleries, a Blue Bottle Coffee, an Au Cheval etc. on Walker Street - but it’s not a nice street. It is one south of Canal. Crowds of people buying and selling counterfeit bags etc. Dirty. Garbage all over. Seedy. Not a pleasant walk to and from the hotel especially at night. Whole feeling was added to by a big construction fence, dumpster etc covering front of hotel. The door to lobby was locked but people seemed to be able to come from the street and get in the same elevator from the other side to go to a spa and offices. Uncomfortable. Shower doors had been removed and replaced with a short curtain hung a few feet above the floor. Water gets everywhere when you shower. Price seemed high given the neighborhood and the construction. We were on our own to get a cab. After telling us cabs are always parked just around the corner in the morning staff told us they couldn’t get us a cab to the airport - that we were on our own.
