Very nice hotel. Staff was very accommodating. Very clean. Only downside was we were not able to access the thermostat without calling down to the front desk to have front desk change the temperature so the room was freezing..

Highly recommend! We got in early and they were able to store our luggage however our room was ready before check in time so we were able to drop them. They also stored our luggage on our last day after check out and explored. Very clean hotel. Updated. The lighting under the beds set the mood. Our room had a fridge. Front desk was helpful and responsive. Also rooms were very quiet!

Location is central. Has a gym The AC was extremely cold, made us sick. We asked to lower it, they refused and gave us a portable heater as a solution, which didn’t have any effect. Paid over $300 a night just to get sick because they make the rooms feel like siberia.

Perfect Subway connections around and very solid hotel. The streets around the property are full of clandestine traders trying to sell counterfeit/fake stuffs.

Excellent location - short walk to virtually every subway line Clean, quiet. Room was totally made up every day Good security Friendly, cheerful front office staff Excellent price for NYC, plus free breakfast that saved us a lot of time and money No complaints!

I didn’t know I had to pay $219 for a hold on the room on top of the room fee of $254 then $100 deposit for half of a night due to me having a layover. I think I would definitely do more research on this hotel prior to visiting, that was a lot of money to pay out!!!

Great location, accessible to most of the subway metro lines. Breakfast spread was good. Room was clean and quiet. Staff were friendly. Wifi speed was not good enough.
