Great hotel super fun outstanding staff wonderful restaurant downstairs. The location is I mean if you know the location, then you know the location just everything was perfect. Beautiful view of the city beautifully kept room. Perfect place for a couple to share private time in the city.

Great hotel in an amazing location. We stayed here for a weekend in the city, it exceeded expectations. The hotel is located a short walking distance from popular shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Also loved the more quiet street the hotel was located on meaning we weren’t kept awake by noise/traffic. Would highly recommend. The only thing I would critic was that it said breakfast was included in the booking, which it wasn’t.

Very little. It is a Schrager hotel wannabe with random design and little functionality. In addition to : broken shower tap, curtains installed with an inevitable gap which allows lights into the room, no sockets by the bed (really?!), the ugliest and most uncomfortable shower sofa, etc etc See above.

It's in a great location. Even though there was always a security man at the door. The reception is not at the entrance, it's on another level, so one felt anyone could walk in and get into a lift/ elevator.

Good location nice room and quiet

I was extremely disappointed with this hotel. The staff was rude and uncooperative. I was waiting from 11 a.m. hoping to get a room, but they simply told me to come back at 4 p.m. I understand check-in is at a set time, but my son was sick, and I explained the situation and asked if they could please help us get into a room earlier. They offered no help at all and responded very rudely. On top of that, there was no fridge in the room, so I had no proper place to store his medication. I was forced to go find ice just to keep the medicine safe until morning. In every other hotel I’ve stayed at, the staff at least tried to accommodate guests, but here they were dismissive and unhelpful. The closet had a terrible smell, the carpets were old, and the bed was in bad condition. Honestly, this felt more like a two or three-star hotel, and overall the service was very poor.

Property is awesome and in a great location. Beds were comfortable and room was roomy. Only negative is that their satellite TV service is very spotty and limited which stunk when we were stuck indoors due to rain.
