Second time staying there. Great hotel, staff is wonderful, rooms have great views and the location is fantastic.

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the subway, which made getting around the city super easy. It’s also within walking distance to plenty of shops and restaurants, so everything you need is right nearby.

Great location and decent sized room It was really noisy when trying to sleep, I had to sleep with headphones on to drown out the street noise, there definitely needs to be a warning about this or improve the sound proofing

The size of the room and the king size bed The glass door into the shower leaked water into the room, and we had to use towels to stop it. Also, it would have been nice to have better light near the mirror and a magnifying mirror for make-up

Amenity fee of $98 for 2 nights. What this charge was for water and coffee in the lobby in the morning and afternoon thats it. Such none sense. TV channels not spooling at night. Water leaking from the ceiling in the food area and restaurant closed.

Love this hotel will do it again in the future.

The view from the 22nd floor was great. The staff was courteous and attentive (with one exception). Jeffrey was especially helpful. They also gave us free water bottles every night! We were walking distance to Feraras in Little Italy and a bit further to China Town One barista, Sasha, was not up to par with the rest of the staff.

That being said, the staff continues to be absolutely wonderful. Everyone is incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful, and we truly could not be happier with the service we received. Our room was very clean, but overall it just didn’t feel quite as nice as it has during our previous stays. We understand the hotel is undergoing a change in ownership, so we’re hopeful that some of these things are temporary and that the NoMo SoHo will return to the experience we’ve always loved. We are loyal guests and will actually be staying there again next month, so we’re looking forward to seeing what the future brings.
