We absolutely love this hotel. It is a hidden gem in the heart of Soho. The location is fantastic near Chinatown, Little Italy, and so much more. The rooms are generous and size for Manhattan. And it is very reasonably priced. We love the restaurant and we are sad to say that this hotel is being popped by new owners and will probably only exist in its current form for another year and then it will be renovated much fancier, but also so much more expensive.

So first off. A little disappointed in the hotel. It had no fridge which was annoying. The room was semi clean. The bathroom was awful. The tile in the shower had mold on it. The one shower handle completely fell off and wasn’t useable. The view from the room was awesome. They allowed us to store our bags while we walked around the city so that was nice. The overall vibe was good just need better cleanliness.

Cons: weird bathroom door that wouldn’t close and didn’t make sense ergonomically. Didn’t allow for much privacy. No soap At bathroom sink upon check in, and when we asked at front desk, they assured us they would send someone up immediately. Never happened. Next day cleaners gave us some. Bed was comfy and rest of room good but could use more space for luggage and easier to locate outlets. Overall, decided I would stay again if they could assure me of proper bathroom door and presence of toiletries.

I used to stay here every time I came to New York to visit but I probably won’t be anymore. I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the room and accessibility of the amenities. Also, when we got there, we were given a room that was already occupied and our friends called down to the front desk for hand soap all weekend and were lied to about a shipment delay. They never got their soap and for a pricey 4 star hotel, that’s terrible service. The bathroom door in our room didn’t shut because it was pulled out of its frame. The floorboards were gross and cracked. The carpet was stained. Just not what I expected from the Nomo.

My room didn’t have any basic hotel things including HANDSOAP! I called several times and no one would answer the phone. I went to front desk 4 times in one day and they seemed annoyed every time I went to ask for something. My room didn’t have water, slippers, hand soap, robe, iron. Basically anything a hotel room should have. They said they would bring it up and when I finally got a hold of them they said the shipment for hand soap didn’t come in and they could bring me shower gel. Umm hello? There are stores next to hotel. Shower gel is not the same as antibacterial hand soap. I felt like I might as well had gone camping or something. I wrote an email to them and still haven’t gotten a response. Terrible experience. Would not recommend.

Drinking water could be topped up in the gym only, no other drinking fountains in the hotel. The complimentary morning coffee station often ran out. It’s a great shame that the hotel doesn’t sort out these basic issues otherwise I would have given it 5 stars

I don’t understand why as a hotel guest I could not sit in the outside table area just to relax and have a drink. The staff told me I had to order a meal. The location of the hotel is perfect and close to the subway. Very quaint hotel.

Location was good The room was not suitable to be occupied. Their were nails protruding through the carpet which made walking without shoes uncomfortable, the couch was ripped, one of the windows was taped shut, the safe handle was broken, the water pressure in the shower was worse than a hostel. The draws fell out of the cupboard when you opened them. All in all a really poor hotel

I came into the room and I needed to go to an event immediately afterwards there was glitter on the bed, literally a ton of glitter, so it ruined the clothes that I was about to wear out because I put it on the bed as I was trying to get ready to go out. I complained about it when I got back from my event. They moved me to a different room that different room did not have any hot water.

Amazing view and accommodating staff. Clean and spacious.

First room had no AC so not sure why they put us there. However the staff was quickly accommodating. Rooms could use serious upgrade. The leather headboards were peeling and baseboard was destroyed in bathroom. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Manager misled us to purchase room with the wrong information about knicks parade Management wasn’t helpful about the misplace

Grout work and marble flooring needed some help. Marijuana smell penetrated my room. Can’t seem to maintain a good temperature; vent blows right in your face
