Amazing location we went to celebrate a 21st birthday and location was everything beautiful stores, restaurants and cafes. All walking distance from the hotel. We loved it.

We checked in to our room and it smelled like dirty feet. The room was very dated. I informed the front desk and they moved us to another room and it smelled like cigarette smoke. The internet/smart tv reception was terrible. They provide you with two bottles of water on your first night and then charge for water after that. It’s a great location but I would never stay there again.

Location, nice hotel No robes or slippers. I look forward to hotels stays for those little comforts. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable. It sank on one side.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly at every opportunity, the view was the view I'd been dreaming of, the room was so spacious and clean, the location was perfect for accessing the rest of mahattan and also brooklyn literally my only gripe was I had to go down to the subfloor gym every time I wanted to fill up my water bottle with cold water

Terrible service in the restaurant. We left two days in a row with no food. It was so slow we left both times.

The room was large and spacious, the view was amazing, and the room was clean. Regarding the times the room cleaning service arrived—sometimes they came very early and woke us up.
