Great location. Great vibe. Great people.

Our flight got cancelled and we had to arrive three days later. We had to rebook for an extra night and the staff were not able to provide a late check out or an early check and required us to switch rooms. I was very disappointed as this was our second stay at this hotel. There was a very little trying to to make our stay more pleasant and no attempts to upgrade or make any adjustments. Very disappointed.

Great area! Nice cafes all around. Lots of stuff going on in the hotel with live music and all but slept so well as the room had an adjustable white noise built in. Cortado breakfast sandwich from the take away were delicious. Didn’t use amenities or check out theatre but sounds cool.

Spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff, amazing amenities, great location and overall vibe. Our room had a record player in it filled with records which we really enjoyed using. Lots of fun and personal touches

The shower was really old and not clean. The air condition was very noisy and loud was hard to sleep. The noise from the lobby was very loud nearly till midnight.

We loved our stay at The Roxy! The restaurants and entertainment were great. The staff were very friendly and helpful when asked questions about New York. We would definitely stay here again.
