Wonderful hotel, everything we could have asked for

The staff were all very attentive and friendly.

Excellent location, very close to subway to get out and explore. It is also walkable to many excellent shops, bars and restaurants. The staff were amazing and friendly.

There were 3 of us and we were missing a full set of everything. Very disappointed with the service.

Great hotel where we stay often. It is walkable and easy access to subway. Lots of shopping and restaurants are close by. Staff is always welcoming and happy to help.

Very comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, and beautiful view from our room of the Empire St Building. Happy hour on 21st floor very nice, and breakfast in same area had many options and we got to sit outside on the 21st floor patio to enjoy it one day. Canal St Subway just steps away -- very convenient. Cons included construction on lobby floor which made it feel like a pop up not a destination, and Canal St location which was central but not charming. Overall very positive experience and loved nearby Chinatown, Little Italy and SOHO.

The happy hour is a great amenity with the club room and the staff is excellent

Location, staff, parking close by. Our bathroom smelled like pee. The room was cool but humid somehow.

The view from the room and the shower. Hotels should make customers aware of renovations, I would have net booked there if I had known. Breakfast is served in a tiny room with very limited options and it is not worth the extra money. I will not stay there again.

There is an observation deck with happy hour, breakfast is included if you’re part of the hotel program. Rooms were updated and very clean TV wasn’t easy to figure out honestly Lobby is being renovated Cool Tribeca/ Chinatown location

The views of Empire State. The rooms were tidy and clean. We were there in the midst of a renovation.

This place is currently a building site. It’s so loud. The staff appear not to want to be there. The WiFi takes regular breaks - impossible to work never mind so video calls. The rooms are tiny. Staff kept trying to come into my room (4 times in total) despite a do not disturb sign. NYC has so many great hotels - this is not one of them. Be kind to yourself and stay somewhere else.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. It was under renovation and the whole reception area was affected.

We loved our stay at the Sheraton Tribeca. The location was ideal, very close to everything and the staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating, especially Keuan and Mia. If the price is right, we will definitely stay there again.

There’s some bad smell in the room . Not sure what it was .
