I liked the location and the staff, which are all nice people. The AC automatically turns on and off by motion detectors. So if you´re out of the room it shuts down. It also shuts down when you´re sleeping because there´s no movement. I would wake up in the middle of the night because it was summer in NYC, and the weather was 90 degrees.

Nice hotel, good location. What wasn’t great was the unadvertised fact that the pool is only partially open on weekends (until 2p) due to the fact that the roof bar turns into a party zone with DJ. The fridge in my room didn’t cool - the front desk told me to just leave the cabinet door open then entire time which did not solve the problem even after 3 days. Finally, the shower diverter valve did not work so I only had the handheld shower to use and not the rainhead.

This was such an amazing hotel. The views are stunning and depending on your room you get a wonderful view of WTC. The soaps and shampoos are santal 33 which my wife loved. Our beds were comfortable and they even provided robes and slippers. I dont often write reviews but this hotel was a really cool spot

We absolutely loved our stay! The location is perfect — close to everything and such a great spot to experience New York. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. The concierge team was amazing as well and made everything so easy for us. I came to New York with my best friend and we honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. We felt so comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire trip. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it!

My girlfriend and I returned from dinner to the hotel to enjoy a beverage on the rooftop bar at approximately 10 PM, only to find it closed. Despite our initial annoyance, the front desk clerk demonstrated remarkable hospitality by providing us with a bottle of Prosecco to commemorate my birthday.

Location and great beds! Not a great reception area

Pool, rooftop bar, the spacious room, cleanliness of our room and main areas. The staff was friendly and kind. The location was perfect! SO close to many subway lines that take you to Brooklyn or uptown. Highly recommend staying here! Street noise was quite loud (which is expected in a large city; but this was exceptionally loud with construction noise, as well). We were on the 5th floor so I’m guessing it was loud because we were pretty close to street level.
