Clean room, cool air, comfy mattress

No hot water , towels had stains & the bathroom was not handicap accessible

Nice place but can hear all the outside noise all night long. Everything else was good though!! 😊

Room was clean, air conditioner was perfect. Very accommodating. Only issue was slow wait time for elevator. Nice area due to shops, food, and subway beside hotel.

AC strong. Room updated but messily...paint on doorknobs. Elevator molasses-slow. Room window faced brick wall. Not offered or emailed receipt after check out.

Location No breakfast despite it being sold with, told it would be deducted from our bill - it wasn’t. Also told not sold breakfast for years. Only one lift and staff also use, so extremely long waits to go up and down. Still waiting for $100 a night deposit to be returned a week later

Parking states available, but it doesn’t mention that they partner with an offsite (8 min walk) parking ramp. They charge you $60 per day and $30 extra for oversized vehicles. This is a daily rate. This was unfair when you assume it’s onsite.

All fine but one of the two elevators has been broken for at least 2 years (even before current ownership). Makes it very slow getting up and down.

Staff was so helpful with recommendations during our stay and very friendly during all interactions. Building was clean and in a great area, close to World Trade Center and some great local restaurants near by.

Location, staff. Just the part that the elevator during the morning doesn’t come right away because only one works that’s a comment I saw by others but it’s not that bad. I liked the place
