This hotel is in a lousy neighborhood there’s graffiti trash everywhere. The lobby looks like a rundown, shabby unattractive uninviting place. The staff are very short. They’re not helpful at all. They tell me that to extend another night because I have no other choice than the matter i have to come down to the desk. I told him just put it on my credit card. They said no you have to sign by 12 o’clock. So I have to get dressed, walk down to the lobby and do something that we could’ve done very easily over the phone.

Lobby was clean and bright and inviting. Staff were professional & friendly. Most of the rest of the experience was adequate. Wiggly deadbolt, sink that dripped unless you wiggled it just so, TV guide was wrong, only one elevator was working, … but a clean room with good beds and showers. Price was low for NYC, high for the hotel otherwise.

The hotel was close to the subway station and walking distance to SoHo. Our bath was huge, however water not overly hot! Average hotel, nothing fancy.

Hotel was super clean and smelled great!! Location was great as it’s right next to the subway and near SoHo. The room was a decent size, especially for New York! Staff was very helpful.

The good thing about this hotel is the location. You can walk to china town and little Italy and a subway entrance right across the street. The elevator was the worst though

Shoulda had free water and lemonade out 24/7 and randomly shut off the water for a few hours which impacted plans
