Won’t be staying there

Wonderful long weekend in the city with my daughter. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable with a great view. Excellent location for shopping and dining, amd very walkable - we walked to a show in the theater district with stops for shopping and dinner - a perfect summer evening! Staff was helpful and friendly. Jonathan took great care to hold our bags upon arrival and departure, and got us settled into our room. Would stay again!

My husband and I stayed only one night here traveling from Brooklyn to New York City and we absolutely loved it. There’s so many little nooks and cozy places to get a drink or a bite to eat. There’s dim lighting and music playing. It’s a really romantic cozy spot for yourself and your partner or to bring your family if you’re looking for a cool Soho vibe I would definitely go back visit the diner or Gilligan’s for a drink and some dinner. It’s a great place to visit.

Love the bar and the lounge area near it. Wish the lighting in the entry area and the hallways was not so dim.

A wonderful SoHo location and a great destination for a couple or business traveler. Lots of great food options nearby. Loved the wallpaper and the lighting design.

When I arrived, the staff told me that I have a room on the 4th floor. Then, they mentioned there is a lot of noise from the club on the Lobby floor, and that if I want to sleep well, I will need to upgrade to a higher floor. It’s important to note that the noise was NOT mentioned anywhere when I did the booking. After I paid 50$ extra for an upgrade, they put me in a room which is part of a family room (connecting door), and at the next room there was a crying baby. After I asked to move to another room, they told me there is nothing they can do, and that I will have to stay there or come back to the 4th floor. All of this after I haven’t slept for 30 hours before arriving at the hotel. Will not come back again.

The room was clean and quiet My Linux laptop had trouble connecting to the hotel wifi and automatically disconnected from the wifi after some time period, I'd prefer it didn't do that

Soho Grand is always our go to when we visit NYC ~ the staff is wonderful the rooms a re beautiful and it's in a perfect location. Highly recommend! *Daniel (doorman) is the BEST!

Enjoyed my stay, staff was overly friendly and polite. I highly recommend this hotel.

Rooms are well Appointed and the Doormen are great. The Diner is no longer good. Very disappointing breakfast.

I've stayed in maybe 8 different NYC hotels over the last 20 years and Soho Grand is by far my favourite one. Great location with beautiful, clean and spacious rooms. Top notch staff and service as well. Highly recommended.
