Soho Grand Hotel

Spa, hot tub, sauna would be a good addition. The night club downstairs at nignt wasnt overly annoying.

Friendly staff, great location and very dog friendly. This is our favorite SoHo hotel!

Great location in SoHo. Quality boutique hotel vibes. Great lobby bar. Rooms smallish but well appointed. AC worked amazing in 100 degree temps!! Bathroom smallish but great rain shower. Hot water a plenty. Soho Diner is handy.

All staff personnel were extremely helpful and nice. From asking directions of the front door guys to the room cleaning staff, everyone seemed to remember you and your needs.

Staff is personal lacks training and amiability

Breakfast menu was fresh. The shower was difficult to get hot water, and the sink drained very slowly. The tech was wonderful getting our TV to work.

Perfect location, fantastic staff, will definitely return - really enjoyed our stay and our corner room had a killer view.

Location location location

We had drinks and a snack at the lounge, and it was very enjoyable. There was a private event going on in the bar/lounge one night during our stay which made it a bit crazy but other than that, it was fine. The good thing is that we were on a higher floor so we couldn't hear it.

Absolutely amazing stay at the Soho Grand Hotel. The vibe was really nice, stylish, upscale, and perfectly located in SoHo. The room was fantastic with sleek design, and the service was top-notch. The lounge bar that turns into a nightclub is such a standout, we had so much fun there. On top of that, the staff were incredibly accommodating and so nice, they pointed us in the right direction to secure a spot at a busy restaurant and bar, even though everything was nearly fully booked. I can’t wait to stay again!

Great location, hotel nice but could use a refresh

This is a fabulous hotel in SoHo ~ an amazing NY experience, walking distance to great shopping, bars and restaurants!!

It’s clean and well located - I have enjoyed it in the past I booked a corner city view room. They put me on the 4th floor - my view was the pipes on the back of the old building next door.

I really enjoyed the room, the friendly staff and the bed was very very comfortable I wish I had a better idea of when the dog park was open or closed.
