All round a very pleasant hotel other than my comment below. My only criticism was that the room is not set out for me to able to work efficiently there. There is no table at the right height nor an appropriate chair to sit on to be able to work comfortably on my computer. This is essential for me when I am in NYC on business.

The staff was fantastic , the breakfast and cocktail hour were very nice. The rooms are small like most New York hotels. Excellent location.

We arrived at the hotel late at night when plans to stay with a family member fell through. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and supportive. They took care of parking our car, got us quickly to our room, even sending up some refreshments. Over the two days we stayed there, we received the warmest and most responsive service we've experienced at a hotel in a long, long time. On top of that, the room was very clean and comfortable and the property was beautiful and excellently located. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come to New York!

Absolutely fantastic. The hotel was perfectly located in Soho. The hotel was very clean and the staff extremely friendly. The best part was they closed our curtains and turned the air down in the evening while we were out. So we returned to a cold and cozy room. Will absolutely be back!

Amazing!! The staff and amenities were top tier; the premises were gorgeous! I took a mini getaway for my birthday, and Nastasha wrote a handwritten note as well as provided macarons for me, a sweet treat! Extremely thoughtful!!

The design is fantastic and the restaurant right next door was delicious. The staff were also friendly and very helpful. The location is superb for nightlife. That I didn’t stay longer.
