Amazing spa services and clean rooms

this hotel has gone down a lot in just a short few years. common areas and hallways look tired and old. the elevator situation is ATROCIOUS. we waited up to 30 mins and no less than 10 minutes every time we wanted to go anywhere. the room we were in also smelled of smoke. the room sizes are larger than most though in the city. the pool area is also nice.

Excellent service, room service was impeccable, quick and efficient. The staff was amazing too and the hotel is always clean. The pool was very useful, especially with 40 degrees celcius outside major heat wave lol! Located close to everything. Loved it

The only i have is that you had to wait for elevator a little. Sat ny pool for a little breakfast and for a small lunch nch and for lunch. It was delightful. Bed comfortable. Room a good suze

We booked a two-room King Suite with a skyline view. While comfortable, the room felt underwhelming for the price and could have used a deeper clean, especially the visibly dusty vents. Service was mediocre overall. The Diptyque toiletries were a nice touch, but when four women staying for a girls’ night requested additional toiletries, the request seemed to be met with annoyance. We also were not given any explanation of the hotel’s amenities at check-in. When we asked to use the pool after checkout, we were told we would need to purchase a separate pool pass, which felt unreasonable after paying such a premium rate. We were also woken by housekeeping around 9:00 a.m. on the morning of checkout. We had been out late and were looking forward to sleeping in. Several of us are moms, so one uninterrupted morning of rest felt like a rare luxury that we unfortunately did not get to enjoy. I do want to recognize the bellmen and valet team, whose service was exceptional, warm, and genuinely appreciated. This was the only area where the service truly stood out. The elevators were also unreliable, repeatedly stopping on incorrect floors before reaching our destination. Overall, the stay was fine and the pool was beautiful, but the room, cleanliness, policies, and service did not match price.

One downside of the hotel is the elevators. There is always a long queue for the elevator when going down, and there is also a long waiting when going back up. which made it quite inconvenient.

We had a fabulous stay at the Dominick. The staff was very helpful whether we needed something for the room or directions to get somewhere. We will definitely visit again!

Very friendly & attentive staff. Great hotel.

Spacious rooms and good location in SoHo Elevators were a disaster, the wait was insane for the number of elevators. They need to be programmed differently, it is not the Hilton on midtown to be that busy. The TV was not connecting to my iOS device which is unacceptable for the amount of money I paid. The hotel appeals to people who think they need to spend a lot of money to stay in manhattan but is lacking the charm of the peninsula or the ritz. The rooftop is a joke.
