Nice hotel with a beautiful rooftop and a very good location to access everything. Highly recommended.

Well overpriced for the quality of the room. And paying resort fee for no resort amenities is not right. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Cool space but poor service. Room was made twice in 6 days and both times I needed to request, first night my mattress was upside down so had issues with springs and never heard from management. Surprised by lack of attention.

​I was placed in a room directly adjacent to the elevator bank. Between the mechanical noise and constant guest traffic, the room was loud throughout the night, making it very difficult to get decent sleep before a full workday. While the staff and cleanliness were up to their usual standards, the soundproofing around the elevators is simply not adequate for business travelers

Exceptional

great terrace views and large space. private, end of hall room. great location. customer service; little urgency to fix broken room amenities. the facilities staff was great and the engineer was able to fix the blinds so that we could enjoy our terrace view of the city, however it took hours and the visits to our room / waiting period made it difficult to enjoy the room before going to a concert for the guests' birthday. manager offered a $46 refund OR complimentary breakfast. the offer felt cold and disingenuous. they did not do a great job of acknowledging the inconvenience. we live in queens and wanted to treat ourselves to a staycation to enjoy our birthdays and his attitude kind of spoiled the experience at the hotel.

Poor

The breakfast was excellent and the roof top bar fun. I thought paying over $1200 for a room was a bit expensive, but it was actually a suite with a sitting area. Would have preferred a regular room for less, but there weren't any available. I thought for the price you could have included the breakfast and not charged us another $25 a person for it, although it was good.

Clean room and friendly staff. It may be hard to find a work space if there for work/ business.

Small rooms but excellent location and public spaces

Great location within Soho. Easy subway access at Spring Street or Canal Street. Nice park across the street. Vibe is neighborhood…lots of small restaurants, workout places and parks. Yet close to city. Room is on the smaller side but expected in NYC but clean and very modern furnishings. Bathroom and shower doesn’t offer much privacy perfect for solo or couple trip for queen room. I would stay again and would recommend.

Great location, beautiful lobby restaurant/bar and rooftop bar!

I was underwhelmed. It gave chic cheap. But the hotel smelled amazing and the staff was nice. But the room gave cheap the view was not great windows were very dirty and amenities were not filled i.e toilet paper almost finished, we had to ask for new sheets showers was not thoroughly clean and see soap stains..hallway sound of creaking noise...sound could be heard through the walls.
