The staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave us some good recommendations for the area during our stay. The property was clean and easy to find.

Location, courtyard restaurant, courteous staff Rooms too small and room had mechanical noise all day and night (aircon? Other?)

Good

Very limited plant-based options in cafe but what I had was just fine. Didn’t try breakfast. It isn’t far to great vegan restaurants in the area

The location is one of the hotel’s biggest strengths. Being in SoHo made it easy to explore the neighborhood and access other parts of the city. There were a few areas of the hotel that felt a bit dated, but nothing that significantly impacted my stay. I was also surprised by how small the rooms were; however, after spending time in New York, I realized that compact hotel rooms are fairly standard in the city. One thing I was particularly excited about was the floor-to-ceiling windows with city views that I had seen in videos and photos. Since I was on the fourth floor, my view was more limited than I had expected. Overall, Arlo SoHo offers a stylish stay in an excellent location with great amenities and a unique atmosphere. I would definitely consider staying there again on a future trip to New York.

Clean room, friendly staff

Nice stuff, close to Soho Really small room, no place to open 2 suitcases. Terrible noise from the street- the windows are not sealed and we heard every beep from the road all night
-
Good hotel, great staff very helpful. Room is small which I knew but I didn’t know it was that small. No storage in room either which is unfortunate. Main issue is the room cleaning, never got our room cleaned the whole trip, if they did come by for cleaning it was at a weird time where we were getting ready to go out for the night like 5pm. We would be gone from 9-5 and room would not be cleaned in that window, which most hotels do clean around that time I thought.

Great location, cute hotel, clean, & friendly staff. Rooms are little but still fine for the price.

They were nice and accommodated an early check in on arrival for my pregnant wife and I.

Elevators quite slow. Amenities were excellent!

Good price, and clean room. Small room but good enough for the price.

The staff, from the front desk to the bartenders and servers, were all excellent. Love this place!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at ArloSoho! The staff were fun and friendly and handles us bottled water in the heat of Summer anytime we wanted! The room was good and the mattresses were firm. We even requested a yoga mat and it was delivered! The only thing was Expedia said we will have a 20% discount on one time spending, but at the hotel we were told a 15% discount applies.

The hotel hits you with a hidden “urban fee” of $30 per night. They tell you it covers the WiFi. It’s a joke. I hate hidden fees.
