Love this place.,,

Room was very clean, near subway for easy access, and quiet neighbourhood but very safe area to be. Staff was very friendly and helpful with our luggages as we came very early before check in time.
-
We loved staying at the Arlo. What a great location. We actually had tickets to Kelly and Mark and the hotel was very close… short walk to the studio. Very helpful staff.

Such a wonderful stay

This Arlo is conveniently situated on the West side just above SoHo's border with TriBeCa, making it a terrific choice for guests looking to be in the middle of two of the city's most vibrant neighborhoods. For travelers desiring great value per square foot, it rivals luxury hotels for the comfort of its beds and virtually every amenity (including umbrellas for raining day stays.) The staff was friendly and professional from check-in to check-out.)

The King room is extremely small. You can only get out of bed on one side so be prepared. If you move things around a bit you can manage with 2 people. Great shower; convenient Bodega and Roof top bar with nice views. Hotel is at entrance to Holland Tunnel so it’s very chaotic.

SUPER Location! Walking distance to all the shopping one could desire. Easy access to the subway to hit all the hot spots. Our room was impeccably clean, the speakeasy servers are friendly and chatty and the restaurant breakfast was delicious. The streets were quiet at night. Love the Arlo and would highly recommend.

It had a lot of things to offer with the restaurants and bar connected to it

On the rooms: My partner and I appreciated the queen layout—enough space to move around both sides of the bed, with room for my large suitcase between the bed and window, and my partner’s next to the right side of the bed. The bed itself was super comfortable. I preferred the courtyard-facing room for the quiet and freedom from street noise. The one drawback: There’s no coffee maker or even a kettle in the room. For early risers and coffee lovers like us (we’re up before 7am), this is a real miss. While the hotel bodega serves coffee from 7am onward, I’d love to see either discounted guest coupons or a small one-cup Keurig in the room. The café costs add up quickly. (My tip: switch it up and grab coffee at Maman nearby.) Bottom line: Excellent hotel with a minor coffee fix away from 6 out of 5 stars.

Staff attentive
-
Amazing place all they are missing is a gym but they do give you access to a boxing studio that is 10 min walk away. Very clean and nice property
-
I like the location its right in the heart of soho. It’s modern and the staff is amazing.
-
Wish there was better control of bedside lighting (they only came on if the master switch was on). Room was tight on space, but comfortable.
-
Great hotel for short stays in soho. Have booked multiple times
