The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was no help with the luggage to the room but a trolley was provided. This was the only thing I think could be improved because elderly people would not be able to struggle with that trolley on the elevator and then to the room. I would stay there again

Nice staff, but the place is pretty old and dingy. Our room was also very small with a dipping sink - nothing like the website. However the location is convenient to subways and lower manhattan in general, walkable to many places.

Don't be fooled by the website which makes this look like a chic, hip hotel in SoHo. It's not. It's currently under construction. The carpets are dirty and the linens and towels are very cheap. The doors on all rooms are scuffed up. There was a big bug crawling across my bed as I was sitting in it. Mind you, it's summer in NYC so I think/hope it was an isolated incident. This property has potential due to its location. I hope they do a proper renovation to match the website.

The property was in a good quiet area. The room definitely needed to be remodeled the carpet was teared, the bathroom wall was coming apart, the bathroom curtain was short so when in the shower the water splashed everywhere and made a mess. Also, no fridge which was a bit frustrating.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Great location. Free bottles of water was an added surprise ! The roof top was a bit disappointing.

Location is really excellent. Neighborhood is fun and close to excellent subway lines. The hotel itself is a nice building and the rooftop deck that you can hang out on is good. 24/7 coffee and tea plus free water were nice. Rooms were very good for NYC (but for other cities were average -- ha!). Spacious rooms though. And I liked that you can crack the window open to get some fresh air. It's NYC so you end up overpaying for hotels. Their price is competitive and a good value... but.. it the Wold Cup was in town and I ended up paying 2x what I normally pay to stay here (I have stayed here many times).. so.. that hurt.

The location of the property is perfect! Very close to the subway and easy to get to! The rooms though need a serious renovation. The curtain in my room was very old, it had holes and needed to be replaced ASAP. There were chipped walls in the room as well. If they fix a couple of things that would be great.

The pictures on the site are nothing like the hotel. The hotel is very old, no balconies, no bar or restaurant, very small basic gym. The rooms are worn out. It is in a great location - super convenient to SOHO, Chinatown, Little Italy. The hotel is supposedly being renovated, none of the new rooms are available.

There was a problem in my room where water leaked out from under the AC unit. The floor was wet and the room smelled sour when I came back in
