Wonderful staff, great location, good a/c, clean rooms.

The AC in my room was good- quiet, working, no weird smells. My room was clean n comfortable, a little outdated. Wifi is ok, takes two tries to connect each day, each device. TV gets cable only, didn’t bother to see if I could to stream a movie. Not sure what the ‘resort fee’ is for, maybe the bottled water in lobby??This hotel is a good pick if you just need a clean room to sleep.

The room with king size bed that I stayed in was spacious and had all wood flooring/no carpeting which is so much cleaner.

All the staff were so kind and made our stay very pleasant. Complimentary water bottles were a nice add. No fluff room visit — didn’t choose it for the amenities or decor, we chose it for its prime location and price. Can’t complain!

Waited almost an hour past check in for my room, and was treated apathetically by front desk. Non-smoking room smelled like a smoking one. Card key system was janky (sometimes it worked, sometimes not)

Good Enough! Close to transit station and free water. Kind staff and would return. Air conditioning worked wich was also great. Smaller compared to places nearby so happy to be not too compact

Very nice staff, great location, but the hotel itself was not up to par. Our room and bathroom were not well cleaned. The shower head was heavily clogged and only trickled with water. Unlikely to say here again.

Very professional. Remembers old guests and welcomes them warmly.

Great location! Close to restaurants and bars. Canal St is down the street! Staff very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is basic perfect to sleep and shower so you are on the move. Lobby has a lounge area with water and coffee. Bar is closed. Recommend if you are not looking for anything fancy. It gets the job done!

The property is dated and in need of upgrades and renovations to improve its overall condition and appeal.

Carpet was ripped, shower was dirty and overall felt dirty.

Room would surely benefit from a better renovation. Still very old furniture and fixtures. Location is fantastic. Walking distance to beat SoHo shops and restaurants and 3 min from subway. Worth the money if you are just looking for a bed and a shower.

in bath room so many things broke our did not work. front staff unfriendly and incompetent there were other things too that made my experience very uncomfortable
