Convenient location. Comfortable bed. One of the receptionists was very good. Very tired hotel desperately in need of a refurb. Still, you get what you pay for and it was affordable (for NY!).

The location was really good and the room had everything you needed Not too many food options in the room or in the small cafe.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is within walking distance of the subway station, with plenty of grocery stores, restaurants, and a main shopping street nearby. Unfortunately, the room quality was disappointing. The room felt old, run-down, and wasn't cleaned properly—the wallpaper was peeling, and there was a persistent musty smell. Additionally, the sound insulation is non-existent, making it extremely noisy from street traffic.

Gym is weak, no mini fridge in the room, and only one elevator was wooking, but the lounge and upper outdoor areas were great

Location WiFi didn’t work and room and amenities were poor.

The room had mold on the ceiling and around the airvent. You could see months of accumulated dust around the feet of the furniture. The curtains were torn, a wall had a punch dent, the carpet and wallpaper were peeling. The bathroom also had mold around the bathtub, the vents,the ceiling. Towels hook and shelves were falling apart. This was the worst hotel i visited in the USA and abroad in a long time. Only one positive point, the people at the desk who were really welcoming. Sadely, i wont set a foot in that hotel again.

Comfy big bed and courtesy water bottles One elevator wasn't working. Room service skipped 2 nights. The dumbell set at the gym is quite small and in bad condition, and there's not even a pull up bar or a yoga mat.
