Good hotel if wants to stay in West village, near great restaurants and cocktails bar.

my favorite hotel in NYC!

I learned the hotel personnel did not give me any approval for their property stay for the parking garage through unpleasant way when I left next day. The general quality of the property is not met the price that I paid.

Staff was great, easy quick check in/out. Everything was clean. I was not expecting house keeping with only 2 nights of stay. Many hotels will not do that any more but they did here. Great location close to subway. Would definitely stay again. Restaurant house of domes next door was very good as well.

Great hotel I will be back

Very dirty and need to improve the hygiene

This stay was for a family trip with children ages 10-16. We found the location convenient. The Subway stop for uptown was a block away. Walkable to Chinatown, little Italy & canal street. We used the parking garage at 7 vandam street and it was very close and convenient. We booked the spot ahead of time. There is a Trader Joe’s a few mins walk for any supplies/ food. And a Starbucks close by too. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and even brought a mini fridge and extra towels to our room. We would definitely stay here next time we visit the city.

Room was tiny and humidity made experience rough

Room was clean but very small; location was perfect for what we were doing. Price was a bit on the high side but with the World Cup going on it makes sense.

Great stay

Shockingly tiny rooms. Hallways so narrow you could barely maneuver the luggage Cart. There is no on-site parking. We are mobility challenged but had to park at a garage blocks away, walk back to the hotel, and pay a very expensive parking rate. The bathroom shower curtain was so short, the floor became drenched when you take a shower. One of the shower caddys was held on with glue and came aloose from the tile. One of the bedspreads had greasy streaks on it.

The entrance was very welcoming. The room was very comfortable. The lobby was really small. When we were trying to leave one morning it was hard to get out because a dozen or so with their luggage had filled the lobby.

This was a great location for our trip. The room was nice.

Aside from these small issues, I had a very pleasant stay.
