Four Points by Sheraton Manhattan SoHo Village

The shower water splashed all outside of the glass. I wish there was more of an enclosure to keep the water in.

Overall a good stay! I was a little nervous seeing some not so great reviews but was pleasantly surprised. Beds were comfortable and clean feeling. The room was small but I had no expectations for anything big being in NYC. Staff were friendly but also didn’t have a ton of interaction. I would stay again. Location was great for our needs and close to subway entrance.

Because of a travel change I did book at the last minute, so prices were higher than normal. The staff was very nice the location is good. The building is looking tired and often the hallways were not clean. The bathroom is one of the smallest I've been in. The drain was slow and not fixed when requested. our shower curtain was missing for two days. There was one ice machine that was in the basement. The restaurant food was reasonable and very good. I was quoted one price from Expedia, and did not look at the nightly charges. There was one night where the charge was $850. I travel all the time- this is not an $850 night hotel. Overall I would say it's a fine hotel if you're not going to spend a lot of time there, and it is reasonably priced at the time of booking.

Made to feel at home immediately, we needed this beautiful suite with gorgeous view of empire stare building, Chrysler, etc. in SoHo , perfect location. good food & nice bar at attached restaurant as well. Our advice, go, and enjoy!

Great location, very clean room and actually quite large for Manhattan, and the AC worked great. Plus we had a view of the Empire State Building from our room!

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a good location for getting around the city. We stayed for a week. The room was fine when we arrived, but a few days in, we noticed the room smelled musty and clothing we left out during the day felt damp. Since the hotel was fully booked that day, they were unable to move us to a different room. While we were out during the day, maintenance did come in and opened the window, but I guess they couldn't come up with a solution because it remained the same throughout the rest of the trip. We were on the 7th floor of the hotel, but there was a lot of noise from the street, even when the windows were closed at night. Coffee and water in the room were only replenished hit and miss.
