perfect location good size and nice rooms staff is not that friendly... on the phone and make you wait... low on staff gym is underground and not good at all rooms are a bit old, outdated

Exceptional

There's much to like. The staff is great. Wanting to be helpful. They responded quickly when needing more towels. Though there is a limited menu. The food is delicious. We had salad and a burger. And a filling chicken quinoa bowl. The location is a few blocks from the 6 train, trader joes and Soho. The rooms are on the small size. The towels are not luxurious rather more threadbare and the elevators are a disaster. They use guest elevators for transport for housekeeping and if one breaks down, you can bank on waiting a while to get to your room. Rooftop is super and seems to be a Hotspot, therefore is priority for passengers. The workout room is small, and had a strange smell. For the extra fee of over 50 dollars a night for the priviledge of free coffee and tea all day, id rather go to a Starbucks. Location matters. If you take subways everywhere, great. If you want to get to the hotel via Uber etc, be aware you will run into Holland Tunnel traffic. We loved the special soaps in the shower, the helpful and attentive staff and the ease of being close to Soho and the village and downtown.

Very good

The room was beautiful with a beautiful view of the Hudson. The location was amazing. We could go on morning walks to Brooklyn bridge, west village and Hudson. Room was very clean and comfortable. They provided free coffee for guests. The breakfast was also delicious. No included breakfast, which was surprising. The free coffee did not include Americano and other specialty coffee, which was not clear.

The property was in an excellent location, close to the water and many activities and restaurants. The hotel interior and exterior were very clean, beautifully designed, with a great onsite cafe and refresher water in the lobby. The staff was exceptionally attentive and kind, the room was cleaned thoroughly, and the bag storage was very convenient. Everything we could have wanted. We will return. There was one piece of wood accent that was missing in the room and the elevator bell was disturbing from the room.

I loved everything about the property! From the outside seating as you approach the hotel, to the interior design, how friendly the staff was and how easy check-in was I was even greeted with champagne due to the room I booked I absolutely loved my stay. The rooftop bar was immaculate! 10/10 the vibes and the drinks were exactly what I needed to enjoy my boyfriends birthday! We already booked our next stay! How small the room was
