+For the area, the room and bathroom were unexpectedly large +Bed and shower were excelent, AC & internet worked well +Staff was incredible--everyone was extremely responsive, friendly, helpful and competent +The rooftop bar had excellent views -The coffee maker in the room could only work with the coffee pods and could't be used for heating water, so i needed to go to the floor with the gym to get hot water for tea. -The location is okay. Not a ton right around it, although there is quite a bit within 15 minutes walking. Subway is around 10 min by foot. -Would have preferred to have not had to register for the internet each day vs doing it once for the entire stay

The room was clean, spacious, and the view facing the river was great for sunrises and sunsets. The rooftop was a great bonus. They cancelled my reservation for 3 days despite communicating the reason for my inability to come on the first night and my intention to arrive for the second day. However, to their credit, this situation was quickly corrected and my original overall cost was respected.

Excellent stay! The hotel is very well located, in a great area of New York and convenient for getting around the city. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, helpful and attentive throughout our stay, and they even went out of their way to help me with a package that arrived after I had already left New York. They handled everything for me and kept me updated, which I really appreciated. Great location, wonderful service and a team that genuinely cares about their guests. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We did not have air conditioning in our room the first day and night. The staff was receptive and tried to get it fixed. We are waiting for a one night refund

I always enjoy this boutique hotel while in NYC. The location is great and near shopping, restaurants and the west side hwy. The hotel is always clean and well maintained. Some of the rooms have a view. There is a lovely rooftop bar upstairs with spectacular views. The staff is always friendly and I appreciate the 12 pm check out vs most of the other hotels with 11 am check out.

Nice hotel for 2 night couple stay - visited the Azul rooftop bar but didn’t use the gym or main restaurant. Great staff - secure area and quiet k walk to 2 subway stations and West Village
