Experience was great leading up to this, but I was disappointed that on my last day of a 7-day stay, I was kicked out of the spa area by the spa attendant because I brought 2 guests with me. I don’t understand how a hotel guest paying $1,300 per night for 7 days can’t bring two friends to the pool. It was extremely embarrassing for me and could’ve been handled way better than it was.

Hotel hits all the 5 star spots apart from 2 points. 1 - the rooms are not soundproof at all, and being able to hear the conversations in the room next door so clear that i could repeat what they were saying is not what i would expect. Second - the front desk staff are not as polished and committed to the level of service i would expect from a top end 5 star hotel. Doormen were top class. All in all it's a good hotel, but with so much choice in NY, i have stayed in better.

Great location in Tribeca. Beautifully appointed hotel and room. Very comfortable and quiet. Almost perfect could have used a lighter blanket in lieu of comforter, other than that we loved it!

I was pretty surprised how quickly this place has gone downhill in just the last 12-18 months given it’s still a relatively new property.

Loved the chocolate and desserts in the room upon arrival! The speakeasy! The gym! Definitely recommend! Cinema/theater room wasn't operational and room Bluetooth speaker wasnt operational/couldn't get it to pair despite staff trying but staff was excellent, soft beds, lovely rooftop :)
