Great rooms, great garden and service. clean and comfy 10/10. location is perfect. The fact i was told by the reception i couldn't purchase late checkout in the price of extra night, but rooms were available online...ended up being possible. Hotel in such class cant make such mistakes.

Location, style of room Staff was rude often ignoring guests, staff at check in tried to charge me $1500 more than set price, and waited over an hour on room service!

Quiet and comfortable, well-appointed room in a great location. The lighting is a little challenging and with some shadowy areas, but overall a great stay.
