Great property, friendly staff. The rooftop bar and deck has outstanding views and a great way to view the city lights.

Hotel itself was fine. location, restaurant was good. room was clean. One night the shower didn't drain, they fixed it the next day. Couldn't say if I would stay here again or not- having to worry about mistake charges.

Location is excellent. We were in a recently remodeled room but the bed was soft and very lived in and pillows were mushy. Rooftop bar was spectacular

We've stayed there many times. This time the service was iffy. One day we called to have the room cleaned 5 times and they never showed up. Perplexing.

First time staying here and it was a really great experience. I loved the location first and foremost, right next to union square. Close to grabbing a bagel, doing some shopping, and being far away from Times Square (iykyk). The staff were SO FRIENDLY! the room was big, clean, and designed so well. I loved having the coffee bar which had delicious espresso, the gym was fantastic, and the rooftop bar! 10/10 perfect and will be back!

The location is good, and convenient. The room is quite big. The staff is friendly. The A/C temperature was set to 68, which is too cold for us, and the thermostat in the room cannot adjust the temperature. The technician came to check, but can only increase it a little bit. My younger son got a few bug bites on the back, neck and arm. Not sure it is bedbug or other insects. We had two rooms, and they only cleaned one room. We used one bath robe, and they are supposed to replace a clean one, but they didn’t.

I would love to stay here again. From the doorman/bellhops to the front desk to the staff in bars and restaurant everyone smiles and is happy to help with any requests. The food in Seahorse was yummy. The decor is delightful, housekeeping does a great job. It was a wonderful location and a memorable stay. Thank you, W Union Square.
