the problem that we experienced was that our check out receipt had someone else address on it. that's not acceptable. the hotel refused to change it. I expected much better service coming from a hotel of that status

Antonio in the bar was outsanding. A great barman to chat to. Obrigado Antonio. The room was spacious and made it worth booking in Newrak instead of Manhattan. Easy to get into the centre via the Path Train

Abhorrent customer service, upon our arrival the reception team barely said hello and were incredibly rude. Less than 10 words were said to us. An additional $400 deposit was added to initial payment with no explanation or breakdown. We are more than happy to cover the deposit, however, the ignorance showed from the reception staff to not even explain the extra charge is shocking. Rooms are dated, the WiFi didn’t work and toiletries bottles were empty. The aircon is loud, but at least it blocks out the sound of sirens and drug users wailing on the street below in the night. Woken up at 5am every morning by the sirens. I am shocked that this establishment has the audacity to advertise itself with 4 stars, an inspection is likely years overdue.

The pillow had a smell of old used musty order. The parking is horrible stairs only We parked from 8pm till 8am we got charged for 2 days 70 dollars. We cut it short checked out after 1 night. Better opinions are available close to this hotel. Stay a way

Location was great! One stop from Penn Station New York make it easy to commute into New York for my meetings at more reasonable price than Manhattan and Mid Town hotels.

I was I little disappointed with the Fiber cut all airports in the area were closed. We were diverted to Chicago and lost the first night at Double Tree in Newark. We added another day at the end of our trip to makeup for the lost day. But they still charged us for the first night.

The clean beds, Rooms were cold I asked for more blankets I couldn’t get them housekeeping went home, the location sucks alot of homeless sleeping outside the hotel, lastly the parking for one night 70$ that is ridiculous..

Unfortunately the area around this hotel has fallen on hard times and there are a lot of homeless people begging around the station. The hotel is a typical Hilton with a lot of dark wood. We arrived Saturday afternoon and it was difficult to find somewhere to eat outside the hotel. Finally found a Wendy’s but was quite hassled by people so we quickly returned. Had problem with TV but engineer came out quickly and fixed it.Housekeeping depended on who was on, some days better than others. Bar staff very friendly. Hotel very handy for station and quick access to New York. It’s just a pity about the surroundings

Shuttle service could be much better , we waited 40 min at airport after calling the hotel! It was mentioned every 30 min! While returning we book the shuttle service for 4 pm, even we came to hotel 20 min earlier, the shuttle took us at 4:30 pm.

Good location close to the consulates The hotel standards of cleanliness are way below expectations. The carpet is all stained, looks like no deep vacuum has been done either. The air conditioner's trays are filled with dust. The whole room is dusty. The bathroom towels had hairs, the counter top of the bathroom had toothpaste from the previous user, the soap tray had previous soap.
