Paid parking but they don’t tell you that you pay and the lot can be full but you aren’t guaranteed an actual parking spot. If the lot becomes full they still ask you if you want parking and you pay the $25 then it’s on a first come first serve basis. Not something that is mentioned at all. And you’re only paying so that IF damages occur to your car on their lot, they will call and tell you but aren’t liable for any damages. Waste of money.

The guy working there argued with me about parking, told me he was from the North, and he would take my car and quit his job. I will be reporting him.

Wouldn’t stay again. No parking, dirty rooms, breakfast was awful, police blocking off the entrance and exit because of the area.
-
the breakfast was the usual at most budget hotels. Nothing amazing or really different
-
It was clean and quiet! Didn’t have the pleasure of eating breakfast but I’m sure it was great!

I contacted the hotel and was told they provided bus shuttle to Newark Airport but at check in we found that wasnt true and had to get another hotel room. I was in NJ buring my brother and they charged me for a room I didnt stay in. Heartless.
-
Available parking not free but was informed ahead of time the fee amount. Variety at breakfast, walking distance to NJ Transit, eating places walking distance. Spacious room

Ana at the front desk was exceptional. She was very busy yet still friendly and welcoming to the guests. Thank you Ana!

I checked in and things were going well but the parking situation is awful. They charge you to park at the hotel only for you to have to pay for off-site parking because there are no spots. The breakfast offered did its job but could stand to be a lot better.

Worst place possible.

Quarto bem limpinho, café da manhã ok
-
carpets had stains on them and floors were worn out, otherwise the hotel was ok
-
Was not able to check in

The only con was the parking is 1st come 1st serve. There is a fee to park on the hotel property, however if you have to park off the property, they will reimburse you. There is a pay public parking lot up the street from the hotel under a bridge, but that's also limited spaces.

The location of the property was relatively close to the American dream mall which is where we visited most of our trip. The front desk staff customer service was poor, did not understand questions asked and seemed confused. They do not mention that you have to pay a daily parking rate and that parking is NOT guaranteed it’s on a first come first serve basis. Paying for parking that is not guaranteed is absurd. If the parking is not available, they offer parking over a block away yet you still need to pay the daily parking fee. When speaking to the manager about this she was not warm with her response and couldn’t offer a better solution to the issue. It took for multiple guests staying there, complaining of the same problem for us to get our parking comped. I personally will not be staying at this location again.
