Hampton Inn & Suites Newark-Harrison-Riverwalk

I hope for free parking and cleaning every day not for two days

Very clean, well maintained, large size room, free breakfast and very good food options surrounding the area

The whole experience was amazing

The stay was okay it’s just the parking paying $44unacceptable because i had another car which they should honor it the person was staying in the same hotel room with me. Also fire alarm went off and staff didn’t inform guests to evacuate or anything.

Reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable It was expensive for 1 night and area isn’t very nice - but on the plus side easy access to Newark Penn station

NothingI didn't like anything because they told me I didn't have a reservation and the reservation number I gave them didn't work.And I had to go find a new hotel in the middle of the night , and I end up saying at the motel six , the nasty place down the road , thanks so much and they charged me for it. So now I'm having to go to my bank and my bank is gonna stop the payment. Because you guys got confused. Maybe I got confused but you know what I called and was told I didn't have a reservation and I was told that the place was double and triple booked and I needed to find a new place to stay. Thank you so much for ruining an already emotional trip to bury my father.. the pictures I submitted were from the hotel 6I had to stay at down the road.Thank you so much for putting me in this position.

Location Facilities not very clean

We were there to visit NJIT. The hotel is in a convenient location for us. None

FD Anna was really helpful with everything. Swimming pool furniture needs to be taken care a little more. Room was ok, not too much fan of breakfast but overall good experience.

No communication on parking. I paid for parking went out for dinner and had to wait almost 3 hours, eventually I parked somewhere else and was told parking could not be refunded. Won't be going back ever!
