The place where the hotel is located is little sketchy. My first night staying I was concerned about my vehicle, but the receptionist told me there were cameras and a security outside at night. So the three night I stayed it was fine. The second night there was this weird incident, the fire alarm has activated at 2:30am and every single person has to be evacuated to outside at that time in the morning. The firefighters came, we spent about close to two hours outside waiting for this to be fixed. Never knew what happened. Someone asked the security guy and he responded that was not a potential fire. So odd! By that time I was already ready to leave. The parking lot gets full by 7pm so there you can’t move your vehicle if you want to secure a spot to park. Other than that, everything else was alright. I chose this hotel with my kids for pleasure, but I usually use this hotel line for business work conference, I thought it was fine. Anyone looking for something fancier and neat, this is not that hotel. Thanks!!

The hotel was bombarded with a lot of travelers that had canceled flights, me included. The limited staff was excellent and kept a friendly attitude during the chaos.

Our trip was basically ruined due to a faulty fire alarm that went off at 3am. We had to evacuate and sit outside for about an hour. My 3 year old was terrified, After being let back in and finally going back to sleep, the fire alarm went off again, when checking out, there was no apology, instead the front desk informed me that we were being charged $269 for smoking in our room. We don't smoke and they were completely rigid and would not remove the charge after the horrendous stay we had. Also, the breakfast was gross,

The room. I just wish I had the river view I’m a swimmer, which is why I booked at this particular location. However the pool opens at 0900, not a big deal, but it didn’t open at 0900. It was more like 0905. Then once I went in the area they entire area was in disarray, there were towels and chairs all over the place. Once I got in the pool the water was so clouded you can barely see in front of you. My normal 45min workout was reduced to 20-30mins. That was disappointing.

I had a somewhat good time with my grandkids; breakfast was good a lot of varieties it was enjoyable. The toilet wasn't flushing properly the bed was making so much noise if we moved. I did find a few bugs on the bed I had to purchase in target covers to lay on top but the most that bother me was the pool. I was enjoying with my grandkids which one is in the spectrum, a nice time when some teenagers came to the pool; ok nothing out of the ordinary but then a white car pulled to the side door and the teenagers inside the pool opened the back door and at least 5 teenagers came in the pool got full, they started diving in the pool had music on and where saying words that I really didn't want my grandkids to listen, that forced me out of the pool and to have an unpleasant time because my autistic grandson wasn't happy that we couldn't spend time in the pool that was very disappointed,

Staff was very welcoming and helpful but the room was not very clean and the water in the bathroom had a very bad smell. This has nothing to do with the staff, from the people at the reception to the lady serving breakfast the staff was impeccable

All good

Fire department was arriving right as we where checking in and the front desk attendant Zivia was deneying anything was happening without looking more into the situation, alarms where supposedly turned off and this was the second incident within the month per fire department, didn't feel safe with how they where responding to the situation. Wouldn't recommend due to safety.
