Decent place. But no fridge in the room, and toilet flush was broken initially, but staff quickly helped fix it. Electric charging doesn’t work for Tesla but neighboring property has Tesla charging.

Loved the location, near restaurant and mins to the Subway. Not to crowded area. Staff were great and friendly. Best part was that there is a shuttle that'll take u to the subway and pick u up. Runs every 30mins. Parking was available with extra cost Wish parking was free knowing how much I paid for 2 days.

The Room was very clean and spacious. The customer service was of excellence and courtesy. The Wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Great View Of the skyline and the surrounding area! This was our first time and it won't be the last time! Everything was in order for our stay

Breakfast was adequate. Room and bed were comfortable. The parking attendant was inappropriate.We gave him a $10 tip after parking our own car and the next morning went to leave and the same attendant took our ticket and put it in the machine which we could have done and then had the nerve to say "no tip?". Absurd.

Just a place to go a sleep after a full day in NYC. The proximity to Penn Station is a great feature. Breakfast is overpriced. There are cafes around the corner.
