Rooms are nice, clean and good space. Location is good too. I would stay here again. Snack bar was hidden away, didn't discover it until the day I was leaving lol

Location was good to get to the Sports Illustrated Arena easily. Everything was good but parking was expensive. We didn’t realize you had to pay for parking when we booked our stay.

Clean and it a reasonable location The bar was rarely open, no flexibility to get drinks Zero local stores for drinks/snacks so really need to open the bar up

Very clean and modern bathrooms. Close to Penn station. Took us to and from the station. No microwave in the room. It would have been nice to have one on top of the fridge.

Room was spacious for the three of us. It was in the middle of a lot of stores and walking distance to the Prudential Center. The only thing I didn’t like about it was the parking, very small parking lots and the parking spaces were crammed together.

The room was comfortable, quiet, clean and the decor of the hotel is very cool. Free water and coffee was provided daily and grocery shops and restaurants were relatively close. The only complaint that I have is that I couldn’t get an answer from the hotel before arriving. I wrote several times trying to arrange the shuttle for pick up at the airport, and received no answer whatsoever.

Also to add - very accommodating with late bag arrival and holding our bags after we checked out or the hotel. Staff were helpful and nice. Kudos to the shuttle driver as well - gave some history on the hotel and movie recommendations to watch.

The room was spacious. It was cleaned every day. No complaints.

The art vibe. Cleanliness. Security of parked vehicle. And knowing someone was always up when I arrived. The helpful staff even when It was a me situation That i didn't stay longer to walk around each floor or patron the bar/ lounge

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the facilities were good. Check-in was quick. The location is average, as is the value for money compared to the area; soundproofing also needs improvement.
