I reserved 3 nights but on day 1 I asked to check out a day early. The front desk said no problem, I wouldn't be charged for the last night (my res was refundable, not a prepaid, nonrefundable booking). The next day when I left, the hotel said I couldn't cancel the last night of the res. They also couldn't give me an invoice as requested. Then a day later I received an invoice for the entire stay, so the paper trail looks like I stayed 3 nights instead of only 2. This is clearly a deceptive billing practice. Spoke with the assist. general manager who refused to do anything about it, saying only the third party site I booked through could agree to refund the last night. That’s an ok answer if that was what the front desk told me originally - contact the third party for a refund - but ignores the fact that the front desk provided wrong information, then refused a refund, then didn't check me out when I actually left so the third party thinks I stayed 3 nights and they collect for the whole stay. I spend 100+ nights a year in hotels and have never had a hotel deliberately lie about charges/policies. I can overlook a so-so room, minimal service and unpleasant staff, but the dishonesty in all of this is troubling. Another person I was with had the same issue, so not a one off.

We stayed for 3 nights pre a UK football preseason friendly. I have mobility issues but the hotel were so helpful and actually dropped me at the ground so I didn't have to walk there. The bar and counter staff were also super nice. Thanks, we really enjoyed it.

The place so convenient for us . The staff was great !!!! The subway was just right for us to get to new York being that we was from ohio. The front desk gave us all the directions to get to where we wanted to go!!! I will suggest you guys to anyone coming to New Jersey!

Fantastic location being right next to the stadium and train, easy to get to and parking was super affordable. Breakfast was excellent and much better than your typical continental breakfast. We did not get a chance to order room service but the menu looked really yummy. There were also plenty of options to eat nearby. We’re already planning our next trip back!

This was the perfect location to go into New York. Located right next to PATH. The staff were EXTREMELY nice & helpful. We were able to get a later checkout which helped us out a lot. Shuttle to & from the airport was great. Hotel was very clean & the beds were comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property.

We stayed here to attend a concert at MetLife and had a really great stay. Staff: the staff are very friendly and I especially want to highlight the breakfast staff - it was packed when we had breakfast and they were HUSTLING, doing a great job keeping the food and drinks restocked and the tables clean. Breakfast was included and quite good. Location: The location is right across the street from at PATH station to take you to Newark Penn Station or into downtown. There’s a couple of restaurants nearby which was nice. Parking: parking was $25, very easy, they just give you a keycard you hold onto and tap in and out. The aparthotel setup is nice because it doesn’t feel like you’re right on top of each other. Nothing at the moment, an enjoyable stay. If you’re looking for a wildly fancy hotel with insane amenities, maybe look elsewhere but this was a great one that served our need well.

The hotel room and stay was very nice overall, however, there was an incident where I was making tea using the machine in the room and when I checked the cup afterward, there was stuff in there and afterward when I checked the machine, it was very dusty and looked like it had not been used or cleaned in a long time. Otherwise, my experience was overall positive.

The rooms were not maintained well. The flooring had lots of marks. Beds were tidy and kept well.

Excellent choix d'hôtel. Bien situé, très propre et chambre spacieuse.

Bookings.com gave me a confirmation number but when I got to your hotel they turned me away and said they were full.

Great establishment, convenient location

We always stay here when we come into town for a Redbulls game. Love the convenience of walking to and from the games. The staff is always super friendly and helpful.Rooms are clean and comfortable and the Food and drinks at the station never dissapoint. This is our go to hotel we will never stay anywhere else.
