Robert Treat Hotel

The tv volume would not go up , there is a phone that isn’t plugged and a food menu but no room service .

Staff was understanding regarding my flight delay saved my room for me.

Location Just that even though it's nice and Clean I still smell marijuana that I have to crack open the window.

This place is a complete DUMP. Don't waste your time or your money!!!! Their website is highly highly deceiving. I hate their parking arrangement. They have these men who are 9 times out of 10 barefoot jumping in and out of your damn car and you have to leave your key with him. That's just so uncomfortable for me, but even if that's normal for the area which I'm assuming is 🙄 the hotel was ridiculous. It smelled so bad. I'm trying to figure out how a non-smoking hotel has a room that smells like 1000 packs of smoking stale cigarettes!!!! my bag even smelled like it when I left out of the room and when we asked if we could get a different room we weren't able to 🙄 I'm pretty sure all of the room smell the same. The only thing they did to reconcile was to comp our parking, which that's the least they can do. This place is a dump. I will never ever go there. Never would recommend somebody go there. They should be out of business.

I didn’t like the property at all. The staff was very rude and tasteless, I never stayed at a hotel and a person had to request for housekeeping at the front desk when that should be automatic. The room was terrible very thrown together no kind of hotel atmosphere that a person should get when staying at a hotel and spending over $200 for their stay.. i was very displeased and disappointed i wanted a full refund not whatever management was offering at that time which i don’t remember the conversation honestly. Please beware before booking this nasty hotel very unprofessional.

To make matters worse, I specifically booked and paid for a city-view room, but instead of the city view I reserved, my view was of the dumpsters. That was absolutely not what I booked or expected. There was also no refrigerator in the room. Between the cleanliness issues, the roaches, the dirty bed and bathroom, and not receiving the room/view I reserved, this was a very disappointing experience. I expected basic cleanliness and to receive the room type that I paid for. Unfortunately, neither expectation was met. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

Parking was absolutely horrible . Had to pay go to back of hotel only for attendant to say it was full and he's on BREAK. Came back in to front desk and Laura still talking to a couple worker (who was already OFF) " Her statement oh he didn't park your car just go down to the next lot. Unacceptable

It was a comfortable stay, staff was amazing. Building is a bit dated, but overall enjoyed my time there.

1st room i was assigned to smelled of cigarettes. Room was switched and this one, the carpet in the room was soaking wet. The blanket had stains all over it. I would not recommend this hotel. The front desk staff were good. That's the only plus to the hotel.
