My first impression was right after we had checked in. I went to use the bathroom in our room and there was a pair of men’s underwear on the floor. Not ours. The beds were comfortable. There was an ice bucket for ice but no cups. I had to go to the lobby and get a couple cups that were there for coffee in the morning. You could smell marijuana smoke through the walls. The pool was not open. The hotel is in a good location, just off the highway.

Pool is covered, not in use.

Pool was closed. Room smelled of smoke. My kids couldn’t breathe in the room. We checked in around midnight and checked out the next morning. Otherwise. Staff was polite and helpful. Area was well populated.

Do not stay here. Room was dirty added picture of something on the wall for reference. Does not seem safe place to stay as the doors and other part of hotel need updating. Fridge was gross and stiff was on walls. Bathroom door did not close properly. Found crumbs in between blankets and We did not eat in the bed. Over all horrible stay. Staff was not interested in anything but checking you in. Went to check out and they took my cards and said you are all set. No check out performed or no conversation about stay. Ac worked went out wanted to and the rooms smelled funny and had to get air spray from store. People smoking outside the doors of our rooms and they were up all night sitting outside rooms and making noises. Will not stay here and don’t recommend anyone else stay here either.

The room was in terrible condition, it smelled awful. We had no hot water in the shower. The floor felt damp. There was a hole in the bathroom door that had toilet tissue stuffed in it. The safe has toilet tissue in it.

Do not stay here the room was terrible, not vacuumed, marijuana and joint roaches found on floor, I cleaned toilets, just absolutely terrible. It was late and we had not choice but to stay there and was offered no ability for a refund. Terrible customer service. Everything from the ice machine to the washer and dryer were out of service. Elevator out of inspection. Don’t stay there

The property was not that bad. Overall the property was cleaned and quite. The property need some upgrades.

The pool wasn't working and now they don't offer breakfast anymore. Even when it says it does.

Front desk was more concerned about getting additional 'security deposit' on a prepaid reservation, while showing zero interest when I requested fresh towels (to replace the stained and dusty ones found in the room). If you like ice cold showers first thing in the morning, you can look forward to that! If you need a receipt for your records at the end of your stay, you are out of luck because they refuse to issue anything other than registration form. Apparently, dead roaches on the filty stairwell, previous customer's used towel hanging from shower rod, wet carpet near bathroom area, and dirty duvets come standard with the star rating! Noted. I now know better.

Black mold. Filthy carpet she’s in(bottom of my feet turned black)

Pet friendly rooms are disgusting. I repeat disgusting, full of urine. Outdated with torn carpets and torn bedding. Did I mention the sink was smashed? Regular rooms, full of mold, leaking sinks. The pool is broken and covered, even though it’s 100° outside Did I mention that their signs and their listing lie and they don’t have breakfast? Also, the smell of marijuana everywhere. All of the criminals walking around with ankle monitoring bracelets. I would definitely stay away from this place.

Poor property I would never suggest it to anyone!

There was knats in our room and the room smells,tub wasn’t all that clean, couldn’t use one of the dressers draws it was dirty and could not close, they need too change because there is no breakfast it’s just tea or coffee my husband and I been coming there 3 weeks in a row one week tv not working had to change room next no iron and no phone in the room and the last is what I text in the beginning but the staff was very good she was on everything I told her about and suppose to be going back down there in another week
