The staff was very hospitable. Very welcoming and friendly. The rooms were very accommodating and convenient. The kitchen was a huge bonus. The rooms are clean.

The hallway smelled strongly of pet urine. When we arrived, the room was dirty enough that we cleaned it ourselves. Housekeeping did not clean the room during our stay. We also cleaned a dark buildup inside the air-conditioning unit that appeared to be mold. A chair in the room appeared moldy as well; housekeeping removed it, but it was never replaced. The kitchen was advertised as fully functioning with a stove, but it had a hot plate and no oven. The microwave was rusted inside, and water leaked from the bathroom ceiling into the tub. When we needed help, staff were often unavailable at the front desk. A monthly stay cost approximately $2,620. At that price, guests should be able to expect a clean, safe, properly maintained room and responsive service. I was especially troubled by the conditions because some guests may have limited housing options and need a reliable place to stay. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! It is unclean and full of people who have nowhere else to go. There are bugs ands trash everywhere. The front desk staff are unhelpful and you will not get a refund. There were three state trooper vehicles that showed up while we were there. It felt very unsafe.

The room I was in needs to be removed from renting. Clean but just note: it will not become clean. As if this is something that you should be doing in an extended stay hotel paying $150+ nightly. I'll stop here. But it doesn't.

The room set up is nice, but needs to be kept up/ updated, some of the people at the front desk are nice and helpful. But on the down side the roaches will take over if you don't have your own spray, the alarm is always going off, people smoking , weed and cigarettes.

We only chose this hotel for the kitchenette. The fridge didn’t work in the room, staff offered to change the room but we were already settled in and made do. The next stay, there were roaches under the kitchen sink.

Stafff wonderful place CLEAN AND QUIET even with renovation

Easy to check in and very clean and quiet. Spacious and nice don’t have to worry about issues you would have with the cheap motels. And can fit my budget

The whole building needs some upgrades. The floor left my feet black on the bottom...like it had been swept but not mopped in a very long time. There was hair on the toilet, and the bathtub was stained black from non slip stickers being removed. I didn't" even use it because it was gross.The whole room smelled like mildew. The breakfast was disappointing. There was no coffee or tea bags. There was hot water and hot chocolate. The inside lock on the door was coming off the hinge.The bed and extra pillow were very comfortable so I did get a good night's sleep. The staff was really nice. I usually don't like to complain but you asked. I stayed there years ago and it was great but I won't be staying there again. Refer above.

Smell

Roaches everywhere did not want to refund my room or have anything to offer no new room. Also safety turn lock didn’t work I have pictures and videos of everything. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT

There wasn't anything particular I didn't like. I truly enjoyed the service throughout my visit.
