Hampton Inn & Suites Wilmington Christiana

Room cleaning was good but e were sticky spots on the floor. Several spots. Shower door could barely be opened.

I was unable to travel due to the Nor-Easter storm. Multiple attempts were made to get a refund due to my family not being able to travel due to the storm. We received zero responses and subsequently no refund. I will no longer stay at this Hampton Inn location, nor any Hilton affiliated properties.

Great breakfast, big clean room

Very clean, great staff and delicious breakfast! There weren't given enough supplies in my room of four adults. I had to request additional towels at some point. In the middle of the night we ran out of toilet paper because what we had in the bathroom wasn't a full one when we came in, only to check the drawers and cabinets there was no extra one Please stock up supplies based on the number of guest staying in the rooms

Staff were nice. Breakfast was 100% processed food. Whatever is wrong with plain unsweetened yogurt or unadukterated fruit? Our room was near the elevator, which was noisy.

Bed was old and for a king size the pillow were the size of throw pillows with no stuffing. Also was awoke around 10:30 Pm with the smell of cigarette smoke on a no smoke floor..

The breakfast is different everyday and it was very good.

Clean roomy rooms, friendly staff

Room was dirty and outdated. Horrible oder, had to buy room spray! Nasty carpet and bed linens were old and worn. I asked for extra hangers, they said they did not have any. Shower had dirty grout. I would absolutely never stay there again.

Staff was horrible there was a fight and argument in the room next door for over 2 hours and made numerous attempts to reach out to staff with no help. They never came to look into it. Do not stay here go somewhere else. I have been calling the manager Neco for over a week with no response at all.

The reason i booked with Hampton was due to booking.com which booked me a room at the sheraton while they were closed due to a fire. I had to quickly find a place and chose a Hilton Brand which I am a member of. The staff at the counter was delightful, though very very underdressed for a first impression. The elevator, dirty, as soon as the doors opened on the second floor DIRTY. Ive never seen any hilton brand seriously not clean. Made me think twice about my decision, however I needed a place stat. The room was decent very outdated, bed was hard, and pillows were subprime. I was so tired I did my best not to think about it. The floor on the next morning, disgusting as if noone had EVER vacuumed the hallways. I wanted out first thing in the am. I grabbed coffee and bypassed the food as it looked very poor. The floors and elevator haunt me on how repulsively dirty they were. Shame on the management. When I arrived at 4pm there was a guy wiping down a glass door clearly the wrong place that needed cleaning. Very dissapointed.

Excellent location, great stay, we enjoyed our little getaway.
