Hampton Inn & Suites Wilmington Christiana

Overall it was a great stay!! I DO wish the room had a microwave but tge location was great!!!!

The staff was great and the room was well kept but the bathroom was not properly cleaned. The bottles of shampoo and conditioner were dirty and the bathtub did not appear to be cleaned properly.

The staff was always ready to help.

My room wasn’t ready at 7 PM. Had to wait over an hour. Staff was disorganized and confused not a fun experience.

Great for families with pets.

There were urine stains on the toilet, footprints in the shower, front staff was very rude. There were homeless people walking around parking lot. There was an abandoned hotel next-door, They were staying in. Hotel was loud, and very crowded with people walking up and down the aisles, and playing music in the parking lot.

All was good

The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom needs an update and a better scubbing but okay. The biggest problem was the walk-in shower leaked terribly and the water flowed out into the room unless you piled towels in front of the doorway. The breakfast was nice and the staff helpful.

It’s ok the place but not really clean the room and the receptionist not very friendly and nice to the customer she always rolling eyes every time you ask questions to them that look she hate the people caming in the hotel that only I observe

My room had an odor and didn’t smell clean. I’ve stayed at plenty of Hampton Inns and the majority of them smelled very fresh and clean. Rugs looked dirty not cleaned ever.

Needs a serious upgrade, we felt like we were at motel 6. Pool was cloudy and bathroom was dirty, toilet paper holder was broken. The room just looked so dingy
