Parking was great

Staff inattentive , toilet not working. Had to switch rooms twice

I booked this hotel based off what was listed. I got there and there was no breakfast included because they claim they were renovating but there was nothing going on in the food area. The grounds could have been taken care of much better. There was a bag of trash that sat at one of the trash cans from the time I got there on Friday and was still there on Monday. The carpet in the elevator was filthy and dogs inside the hotel on the floor I was on barked at all times day and night. I believe presentation is everything and this hotel can do way better and it wouldn’t take a lot.

Clean room, staff was super nice ample parking

The staff was not helpful, nor were the rooms clean. The hotel was extremely hot in the lobbies and throughout the hallways. I don’t know if I would ever visit this property again.

Clean room. Room was smaller than a typical hotel room. Would stay again

Brandon the front desk clerk was fantastic. He was willing to accommodate our needs. The room was good and the lobby looked clean although it was under construction. I will definitely stay again.

Place was dirty. No breakfast

The room was vey clean, there was an issue with the room door unlocking when I reported it to the front desk he simply replaced the keys which was not the problem. He advised us that we had to pull on the door really hard in order to gain entry into the room. It would have been better customer service wise for him to get off of his personal telephone and assist with the issue or call for someone to assist. The parking lot and around the entry doors on the side were littered with trash.

The hotel has areas roped off with caution tape was a typical budget hotel

It was an ok place to stay just for the night on our way to D.C. Sorry that it didn't h ave some kind of breakfast.

Great stay- very clean and everything seemed new and updated. Staff was also very nice!

Sonesta wasn’t great but it wasn’t bad either. It was just ok. It would have been nice to know the hotel was going through renovations as not much was working. No kitchen in the lobby. The ice machines were out of order on our floor. The room was decent. Mold in the bathroom ceiling. Bed was comfy. Room was big. Staff was helpful but seemed over whelmed. I had to wait about 10 minutes for the gentlemen to check me in. The washer and dryer worked well. Lobby was big and nice, just under renovations.

The employee at the front desk when I checked in was very helpful and accommodating. From assisting with my late check in to answering all inquiries with no hesitation and very polite.

Not safe or clean. Dirty hallways and elevators. Stairwell closest to my room was closed creating unsafe conditions. Needed to call front desk due to loud guests. Side door repeatedly propped open to allow entry to non guests.

Clean room, humid in the room, staff was nice, but didn’t communicate the basics when checking in
