The overall experience was very pleasant. Especially the staff being attentive and hospitable.

The staff member checking us in 08/04/2026 around 2;39PM was really helpful and greeted us quickly. So they have nice staff, and the room was surprisingly big. I got a KING and it was a good fit for me and my girlfriend.

They are not what it seems in the photos. Got there and found they were overbooked and under massive rennovations. They put us in a single room not a double, on a floor that seemed to be under construction and smelled of tremendously strong chemicals. We left immediatley after getting our room. Lets see if they refund me for not providing what i paid for. This was one of those too good to be true bookings.

The property is going through renovation right now so some areas was very smelly, dusty and off limits. Other than that it was nice.

If there is an issue..staff will do anything they can to fix. I love staying here. Pets welcome too !!

I am extremely disappointed with this whole experience. This was my first time using Expedia and I can say I wont use it again. The hotel is not as advertised and just honestly dirty and unfunctional. As soon as we got here the whole lobby smelled like marijuana and the air conditioning is not working, making it hard to breathe, especially for my husband who struggles with breathing. Then after we went to check in I had to pay a $150 diposit that I wasn't made aware of when I booked with Expedia. After paying we went to find our room and the conditions are just dirty and very off putting, then when we got to our room the room number panel was missing and the door wouldn't open because it is broken, and so to get into the room you literally have to slam your body into to open. And there is a loud irritating buzzing from the air conditioner in the bedroom. I am very VERY disappointed and unsatisfied and I think a deposit of $150 is a lot considering these unsafe, and broken conditions.

Nice location place is clean had an issue and the manager. Amy was wonderful. Took care of it.

This hotel is going through renovation right now. We have read different reviews about this hotel, Our room was very clean. Nice shower, very comfortable bed.

Besides this, there was zero hot water for showers. Water was not even Luke warm! But that was minor to how rude and how horrible the experience was just checking in! Was never treated so awful! No apologize, lack of good customer service! Couldn’t speak to customer in a normal voice was loud and rude immediately when asked how can’t we have reservation when it was book month in advance?

Worst hotel I ever stayed in terms of cleanliness. Hotel was run down stains on couches and sheets. Hallways were disaster like they are never vacuumed.

Lastly, the appearance of the 2 people who were there my first day were so unprofessional. The female was wearing what looked like pajama pants and a crop top. It's not a good look last time I was there it wreaked of weed such a disgusting smell.

We had to get our key reprogrammed the whole week we were there ,the fire alarm in our room kept going off and they had to disconnect which was not good because what if there was a fire ,front desk was amazing ,but was not happy with everything else

The heated pool was cold, and almost every amenity was broken (ice machine, washer and dryer). The rooms and hallways on the third floor (where we stayed) were relatively clean but everything about the first floor and pool area was gross. Location and room was decent for one night but I definitely feel like I paid too much for what we got.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. I actually want a full refund back. I stayed in a hot room for two days with 4 children and one of which nose started bleeding because it was so hot. The hotel staff suggested to Crack the door as well as the balcony door and let air floor through the room. The amount of bugs inside of the room was disgusting and for that it was extremely uncomfortable experience and I dont care about this being a learning experience for you all. I want my money back in full!

The ice machine was down, the laundry room wasn’t usable. The pool and hot tub were closed. There was construction which we were prepared for because an email was sent two days before our stay but we heard hammering around 8am. There was no breakfast. Our bathroom had hair all over the place and there was dirty laundry all over the floors of the hallway when we arrived at 9:30pm. The young man that checked us in was on his phone and watching a show on his iPad and didn’t look at us when we walked in until we were at the desk and had to say hello to get him to pay attention. We will not be staying again. I would like to be contacted by management.

I was checked in for two nights when I had reserved three. There is no breakfast or coffee as advertised. There was old garbage in our room and someone’s coat in the wardrobe. There were dried paper towels stuck to the wall in the bathroom and over the patio door. The laundry room does not work. There was no hair dryer. The ceiling in the fitness room looked full of mold. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Overall very run down and gross.

The hotel rooms were dirty, the refrigerator didn’t work. Stayed in a suite the living room area the air didn’t work. We had two rooms ended and had to put everyone in one room due to the other room smelled so bad of smoke.
