I thank you again so very much ❤️

Overall, staff and hotel were good. Shower stall floor seemed a bit grimy and the toilet paper holder was broken off. One of the glasses in the kitchen had a lipstick print on it. Other then that we appreciated the location and the 2 bedroom suite. Check in/out was easy.

This hotel provided exactly what I needed - a place to work, cook, sleep, and convient for visiting family. The staff was wonderful!

Highly recommend

Ok location Didn’t hardly have any toiletries, no ice bucket, sponge etc. yellow stains on the pillow cases. Didn’t have staff to bring up extra towels and had to go to the front desk to get stuff ourselves. Floor was not fully clean.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The associate working at the front desk and during the evening hours was helpful in providing local stores, assisted with paper plates while a group of families ate dinner in the breakfast area. Everything was so clean. There were ample electric outlets for charging devices. Nothing.

I used stay at a Hilton property several miles away. It’s an older building not in good condition. But every employee smiled, were friendly and made me feel like they wanted my business. At the residence in employees were sullen, no smiles and acted like I was interrupted something more important

the food options were limited, and the bar HAD NO BEER

. We stayed a week and were disappointed on many levels. Breakfast was very basic and did not change any day. The manufactured round saugages were horrid. House cleaning came evrey 2-3 days and missed several issues each time. No toilet paper, no wash cloths, no removal of breakfast cups or dishes some of many issues. We had to go to front desk every day to get the basics of our stay.

Customer service was great. Was very friendly Everything was good

The suite was a great size, it is very clean! The only thing negative I have to say is that the WiFi would not work on my phone when I put my room number & last name. I have AT&T and I could not get good reception in the area. But other than that I loved the room!

Location ..price..clean...personal reminder about checkout. No ice bucket provided...the curtains near the bed were hanging off the rod

This is a new hotel. The rooms are large. The staff is very friendly. I will say that the entrances are designed poorly. There is a step up into the lobby which means you can't wheel a luggage cart through the front door unless you walk down to the ramp for handicap accessibility in front of the handicap parking spaces to access the front lobby. This is true also for rear or side entrances, there's a step at the door to exit to the outside. Notably, this entrance is right next to the handicap accessible rooms. In addition the handicap accessible rooms were located furthest from the elevator and breakfast lobby. While the staff was very friendly and helpful, when I called to try to reserve a two bedroom suite, they were all booked. But upon arrival, a number of the one bedroom suites had an adjoining standard room, which served our purpose . None of the staff that I spoke to on the phone thought to offer that as an option. This is a new hotel and I'm sure they are working out the kinks. The biggest flaw was the design of the entrances.
