Renaissance Newark Airport Hotel

Staff was crying but buying drinks. They were very hot.

Location is perfect! Friendly staff, clean. Shuttle to airport was great! Can’t complain at all

This hotel needs major renovations. The restaurant is closed. There is no food options within walking distance. They have a gas fire place in the lobby on in the middle of summer, make the entire lobby a very uncomfortable temperature. The MLounge was poorly stocked with a bowl of fruit that appeared to have been there for a few days and not fresh. There were only 2 options of chips with a few soda choices. There is a level of expectation with a Renaissance Inn. This location does not come close to meeting that expectation.

I loved the fact that we were so close to the airport. The room was super comfy. Next time I am in town, I would definitely stay there again.

The staff is very rude they did not let my 80 year old mother to Her room because it was under my name,so i wrote to booking and they changed it and Still did not let Her because they could not see In the system she sat In the lobby after a 10 hour flight for 9 more hours shame on everybody there Shame Staff terrible

Location and extremely helpful and friendly staff. NOTHING

The breakfast was very poor. They limited us to one pastry, fruit and juice, but there were limitations too. We couldn't get the juice we wanted. The price with breakfast is much more expensive and not worth it at all with this choice.

Convenient location, amazing staff

Orlando tried to make up for the deficiencies. No food or bar on site. Rely on Uber Eats etc. Ice machine doest work on several floors. Tir3d feel and broken fittings.

Airport shuttle was prompt and driver pleasant and helpful. Late check in was honored and efficient. Room was quiet and relaxing. Coffee available in room and in lobby at coffee bar for a fee. A nice stay.

No restaurant and poor use of facility

Filthy. Just as bad as low quality inn. We checked in, walked into our new room and found a used bed and linen. The main desk assigned us another room with no apology. The next room was no good either. No hand soap, smelly carpet. No water bottles in the room. Elevators old and most weren’t working. The list of crappy experiences was longer than I can one down here. Save your money and stay away from this place. Shame on Renaissance for franchising this place and their brand name to this fraud place

Sad that for a renaissance brand, it didn’t live up to what I was hoping for. Toilet didn’t flush upon arrival, paint in tub peeling, the light upon entry was busted. Small details, yet big impact. Also smelled musty, not a sign
