Great value!

Please there were bugs in the room and there were cigarette burns on some of the bedding. The facility is located adjacent to a very busy highway and so it was loud through the night. The air conditioning system was also erratic and loud

We selected this place based on price. It was a Non-smoking room but it stunk like smoke. The sheets were filthy, but after asking, they came the next day and replaced them. No daily or even every other day cleaning or room service, so be prepared to keep up your room yourself and exchange your own towels and get more TP if needed, etc. Nothing to set soap/shampoo on in the shower, so your stuff will go on the floor. Bathroom area (shower, vanity) seemed upgraded, rest of room furniture was beat up and dirty. Fridge didn't work. If you can handle some cringe and want to save a little, this place is for you. If you want clean, don't come.

The hotel and our room were adequate for our one-night stay, although they appeared somewhat outdated and cramped. The decor could use a refresh, and the room felt smaller than we had anticipated. Despite these drawbacks, it served our purpose for a brief visit.

No daily service, nor fresh towels were provided even when "make up this room" sign they provided was displayed. There literally was no closet or clothes rack to hang your clothes. They don't even have a single iron no ironing board for guests.

I paid for a reservation went to the hotel they told me there was no room I had to deal with booking.com and they were rude to me I had to deal with them for an hour and then there was no room and they told me they had a room then still and then it was all run around for an hour and then I had to find 10 other hotels that had no room and I had to sleep in my car all because they did that run around and wasted my time I would never go there and they were completely rude

Room was not clean. Floor left your feet black with dirt. Bedspread had holes in it. Roaches scattered when turning the bathroom light on! Mini fridge too dirty to use. Located “on” hwy 101. Very noisy. Housekeeping constantly yelling back & forth to each other.

Clean rooms...9/10 clean bathroom. Plenty of places around for gas, food or snacks. Very friendly staff any problems I had were easily solved rite away. Comfortable beds and the pillows on the bed were new. We didn't get in the pool, it's not heated but very clean. I stay here all the time because I have a lot of appointments a UCLA it's the perfect halfway stop

I needed a room downstairs, as no elevator and unable to do stairs with luggage etc. Got the last one. Desk clerks both on check in and check out were friendly, and helpful. Problem was the room. There were several cockroaches scurrying in sleeping area and bathroom when I entered those rooms and turned on light. The shower drain was covered with hair, and it would be hard not to notice that when cleaning the shower, leading me to conclude it was not cleaned. The sink also was dirty. The upholstered chair in the room was soiled and stained. There were several dead bugs on the floor. I was so uncomfortable, that I hardly slept all night. When I told the clerk on checkout he apologized and said I should have asked to change rooms---but since I was told it was last room available on ground floor, and it was after 11p (too tired and late to find another hotel) I really had no choice. I had to pay more for room as it was two beds, and I was single traveler, since was last room on ground floor. I was also uncertain the door was locking properly, leaving me feeling unsafe. I would not stay here again, tho the positive was the desk staff. Also, if you stay at this hotel, be aware much freeway noise on that side of building. That did not bother me, as I laid awake all night---was a distraction from the icky feeling of being in unclean room with cockroaches.....

Price was good but obviously you get what you pay for. Air conditioning worked fine. Photos are not accurate on booking.com or the motel website. Location was good. Room surfaces were really dirty. Furniture was broken. Shower curtain was broken and actually fell down at one point. There was no closet or hanging space. There wasn't even a towel rack for a hand towel or anywhere to hang a towel. Bed was as hard as a rock. We've stayed at America's Best value inns before and they aren't fancy but have always been clean. This one was gross. We had no where else to go for the two days we were in town so were stuck here.
