I have moderate to severe scoliosis. My fiancee tends to thrash around in his sleep. He’s terrified of unintentional hurting my back in his sleep. We were informed that we’d been downgraded to a room with two full size beds upon a late night check in. I followed up on this issue the following morning. I was told a manager would contact me in the afternoon. That never happened. There is nothing safe about these rooms, even for one who do not have a disability. The rooms have total black out blinds. Virtually everything in the vanity area is made of glass & there isn’t a separate light for the restroom. Image trying to maneuver around a hotel house of mirrors in the dark, with scoliosis. It took 25 minutes to safely navigate the pitch black room in the dark to find the restroom. EVERYTHING is covered in glass. Aside from the ADA lack of compliance nightmare of a room?

They overcharged me by a lot. I had already paid through booking.com. They charged me another $224 on top of what I already paid to booking. I confronted them about it and they said yeah they made a mistake but wouldn’t get my money back for 7 days and it has been 10 days and I have never heard got my money back and they are trying to tell me I have got it.

Everything was excellent! Movies next door was great. Definitely our new place to stay when we go to games. Highly recommend.

Check-in was quick and easy. Staff was very kind and helpful. Everything was clean. Great shower and water pressure. We were in a king room and the bed was so comfortable! The blackout curtains were some of the best in any room we’ve been in. We slept great. No noise issues which I was concerned about. Will definitely stay here again.

I tried checking in at 12:00 pm however the room was not available. The clerk put my name on the list and let me in the garage telling me my room would be ready for me later. We went site seeing and returned to check in at 5:00 pm only to be told there were no rooms. Eventually they found me the wonderful room addressed above. Will not stay at a Marriott property or use Expedia again.

Great location! Unfortunately, the staff is rude and vacant so good luck. For the price, there are much better choices.
