Clean and new

Hotel was in a perfect spot! Walkable to the Levee, Reds stadium, and Kroger. Staff was extremely personable. Hotel was really clean. Breakfast was just ok. Rooftop bar was a nice touch but wish it had an umbrella to block the sun....

Great location for a concert at Megacorp pavilion!

Spacious, great breakfast and excellent location we could walk to the ball park across bridge, get to the river easily. parking was perfect for our 2 day stay Front desk personnel, friendly and very informative about the area

Tristan at the front desk was amazing, so nice and helpful! The breakfast potatoes weren't good. But they got everything else right.

This hotel is very nice, Newport on the Levee is just a short walk away. Staff was vey nice and accommodating.

We stayed here for a concert at Mega Corp Pavilion, which literally attached to the hotel property. Staff was great, hotel was clean. There is a roof top bar at the hotel, however they don't really serve food, you can grab appetizers there but if you are looking for lunch or dinner you will have to go elsewhere. When you arrive you can just enter into any of the entrances for the parking garage and park there. When you enter you will get a parking ticket that has a QR code on it. Take the ticket up with you and the front desk will validate you ticket for in and out privileges. Parking will be $15 per day. The beds were very comfortable. Complementary breakfast was good, when maintained and kept clean. There is an ice maker in your freezer...be sure to turn it on by the bottom on the ice maker inside the freezer, if not you will have to go down to the lobby and next to the elevators there is an ice machine. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you are attending a concert at Mega Corp. Lots of restaurants within walking distances. If I head back to Newport, I will be booking here again for sure.

I called earlier in the week to ask if the hotel allowed early check ins. The man I spoke with was a little rude and told me they did not. We still arrived about 30 minutes prior to check in so I was expecting to be sent away but the lady working the desk was very nice and checked us in seamlessly! The room was large, spotless, and the blackout curtains worked amazingly well so we were able to sleep in after a late night at a concert. They had the best hotel breakfast I've ever had, with lots of options (everything from an oatmeal bar to a pulled pork breakfast burrito station) and food was refreshed every few minutes. The cleaning staff was very friendly, telling everyone good morning in the halls and asking if they slept well. Everything totally redeemed my phone experience and I will be staying here any time that I am in the area. Very impressed!

The hotel staff was amazing, the convenience to the Mega Corp arena was perfect. Will stay there every time in the future! 10/10 recommend!

The hotel was so clean and very nice. There were plenty of towels given to us in the room and was the perfect stay for us!

Exceptional

I liked the big rooms. My allergies were acting up so I think animals must be allowed on site. Not real close or convenient to anything. Good for the price.

The room was clean and very well organized! The staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast! We had a great stay and were glad to be so close to the aquarium as well as Cincinnati!

Disappointed with the breakfast service. Arrived a hour before service was to end and found empty coffee pots and zero food available. Breakfast service was terribly lacking

Room was decent- noticed a few minor cosmetic things but nothing to be bothered about. The ensuite kitchenette was a nice feature, including a full fridge and all tools needed to cook. The only downside to this room was the noise. I was in an adjoining room (which have been before elsewhere) and have never been able to hear my neighbors so clearly. Could hear the guest staying in the floor above me as well. If you arent a light sleeper, this shouldn't be too much of an issue for you. Staff was friendly, check in was smooth, the free breakfast was decent. Location was safe and was a short walk to the Levee. If parking a car in the garage, park before check in and they can validate your parking. The check in car park is quite small and no more than 3 cars fit smoothly. I learned this the hard way haha
