Hidden fees on check in. Staff would not answer questions and explain the fees.

Nice hotel. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. There was only 1 elevator working; so longer wait times. Roof top bar was very nice. Loved the atmosphere and views, but service was very slow.

My room had ants crawling around the bathroom and trash from past visits were behind some of the furniture the room just looked unclean

The rooftop bar was unique and the waitresses worked hard in the heat to attend to the wishes of the guests! Downstairs was an air-conditioned inside bar with friendly and efficient staff. We missed the entertainment outside, but what a nice place to relax. The suite was like a studio apartment, stocked completely with a modern motif.

Very easy check in. Staff was very helpful answering questions and helping us out. Very clean property. Lots to do within walking distance.

Nice, realively new hotel. A bit awkward to get to lobby from street. Need key card to use elevator to room so had to meet DoorDash down in lobby.

Nice, clean rooms. Decent breakfast. When the rooftop bar is closed, there is no access to the rooftop at all — We were looking forward to sitting up there on Sunday evening after check in, but it was already closed. Cleaning staff tried to come into the room twice in the morning, the 2nd time with our do not disturb sign up.

Housekeeping was weak. Sometimes they did not come until after 4pm. When we arrived the beds were made but one bed did not have sheets on it.

Excellent location for either Newport or downtown Cincinnati attractions/dining. Brand new - rooftop bar was a great plus!

Our room was very clean and the staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was good, but small amount of seating. The only complaint I have about our room was the clicking the thermostat would make every time the AC kicked on or off. Great location to Great American Ballpark. Within walking distance of the Levee for food. Parking garage well-maintained and lit.

This is a pet friendly hotel. Dog hair was all over the room. It was not well cleaned or maintained. The replacement room had crumbs all over the floor and trash was not taken out. Looked as if the bare minimum was done and they said the room was ready. This turned my family and I off so we left asap. Trip ruined!!!

Great place awesome location definitely recommend this for your next stay in and around newport

The cleaning staff was very helpful, in particular CJ and other cleaning ladies on the fourth floor. We asked for extra coffee and sugar packs, and they gladly complied. Super nice.
