The property was an excellent value in a great location.

Parking is a pain a parking garage

Place was clean and nice, convenient location. Only issue I had was with their parking garage and trying to get out of it as the electronics didn't want to work smoothly.

Loved that it was right next to MegaCorp.

Floor grout dirty Water spigot in shower separated from wall. No plug in the tub, could not take a bath A/C sounds like a washing machine Screw on entrance door missing. Latch loose. No ice bucket. Had to go to lobby for ice. Specifically called to the front desk, prior to securing our room and was told that the Skywalk going out from the lobby would take us directly down to the waterfront where we had booked a riverboat tour. This was not the case, and had we been properly informed, I would have probably booked a different hotel. Found the front desk staff cold and un-inviting. Was told parking was an additional $15.00 and card was charged $15.90.

Nice clean newer hotel!

Breakfast was amazing ! We are “small town country” folks. We usually don’t park in a parking garage & have to take an elevator to the lobby. Not too convenient for luggage. The city was very busy with game & Octoberfest. The hotel did have live music every night which was cool! We didn’t attend but it was nice to hear walking back to hotel. Highly recommend! We know what to expect now. Close to Newport Aquarium & Great American Ballpark ⚾️❤️

This hotel was great. It was a little confusing at first as you need to take the elevator to the front desk. We loved everything about this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay and I would recommend it. The room was clean, the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good and the parking was convenient. I definitely would stay here again. It was a great location and in walking distance of the things we wanted to do.

What a perfect stay for our trip to Cincinnati. Primary reason for our visit was to see Great American Ballpark. That was a 20 minute walk across the bridge. Location was perfect. Our room was spacious, clean & quiet. The staff was always friendly & welcoming. Nice breakfast every morning. Paking under the hotel was convenient. There was an additional parking fee for parking.

The area felt safe and was an easy easy and short walk Newport on the Levy and other restaurants. And if you choose, even walk across the bridge over to concinnati. We did not eat breakfast so I cannot comment. Definitely recommend!
