Hampton Inn & Suites Newport/Cincinnati

Very nice and clean. Great location, close to shopping and food. 15 minutes from CVG airport.

We had king rooms with a city view and they were nice large rooms with an amazing view of Cincinnati. We loved it and with certainly be back.

We loved our stay, everything from the staff to the room was absolutely perfect!! We will be back!

I booked a city view king studio room. I called them directly after booking on Expedia and made sure I would be facing a direction that would allow me to view frieworks.. they assured me and confirmed that, that was the case. When I get to the front desk the lady says there's no way they can assure you of that. I said well then when I called here they shouldn't have told me they can. She then says I will actually be on the opposite side of the building. I'm furious. Then when I get to my room it's not a city view at all, even on the opposite side, it turns out that I'm on the back side of the building on the third floor in a regular room, not a studio at all with a king bed with a window view of a red brick wall. They tried to gaslight me and then put me in a terrible room with no explanation until I went back to the front desk, then they came clean and said yes you did book a city view room and that Hilton has been overbooking rooms there and that it was out of their control. Which is what they should've said from the get go instead of being so sneaky. The room I was in had cracks in the ceiling and without the view.. I had literally 0 reason to be there. I wasn't there to have a place to sleep...

Breakfast was just ok

Room was very clean with plenty of space. Breakfast was very good and parking was easy.

Great location for walking to activities we took in, Great American Ballpark and a cruise on the Ohio River.

We had a great stay here. Really enjoyed how close restaurants and activities were to the hotel. Breakfast was great as well.

Clean Not enough towels

Everything was very nice. Very comfortable, very clean room! Kudos to the cleaning staff! Staff was very friendly! I only wish the pool was open a little later to enjoy after getting back from an evening event. Other than that no complaints. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel staff was very helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for what we wanted to see and do. Parking was very convenient also.

Location was terrific. We could walk to everything and lovely near the water. Great parking too. Breakfast area nice and clean and good variety. Nothing that gave any concerns.

Our schedules changed and we were arriving well before the designated check in time - yet needed to be ready for an event that afternoon. I called the front desk and inquired if it might be possible to check into our room early. The staff member was beyond friendly - assured me that as soon as a room was cleaned and prepared, we would be able to get in. When my family and I arrived in town and stopped by to see if a room might be ready - my paperwork was on the counter and the room was ready with the key waiting for me. This kind of customer service in today's environment is rare. It was extremely appreciated and reinforces that we will always chose your hotel when we visit this area.

The staff was so friendly & accommodating! Quick to bring us extra blankets and pillows as well as filling the conditioner. It was nice to have close parking considering how close we were to Cincinnati. This was a perfect location for the Great American Ballpark - and our room was spacious.
