Location and very clean. Super nice staff. It would be fun to have a bar there.

I loved the location and we tend to choose Fairfield hotels due to free breakfast and the consistency of being clean. I did not enjoy that the king room did not seem to have a king bed. Given that I have a king at home it was much smaller. Also the bathroom vanity lights did not work and there was no switch to turn on the fan in the bathroom. The toilet seat lid also fell off during our stay. Minor issues truthfully but important nonetheless. Especially given that the bed size tends to determine the cost of the room.

This is the first time we've stayed here since the remodel-it was well worth it. Everything was neat and clean, the rooms are well furnished and complete with "final touches" that really show customer experience was thought through when they remodeled. This is a wonderful stay and their prices are very reasonable for this location. The only thing I can say negatively is the breakfast could be better (breads weren't very fresh and not much fruit or yogurt type of options), but it was fine for a free breakfast with decent coffee. We're absolutely going to be coming back to stay in this hotel

Location is great, staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast was underwhelming. Grateful for the cleanliness and overall safe feeling of the hotel. Not sure I would stay again though.

Bad

The staff where all very rude and acted as if we were constantly in their way. The cleaning staff at breakfast would stand right in front of you while trying to get things and make rude comments as to how “disgusting” the previous guests that morning had left things. The staff would roll carts out of the cleaning closet so quickly that myself and my daughter were almost hit by carts numerous times and no one ever said excuse me or even smiled. The staff all seemed to be annoyed that there were even guests present in the hotel at all. No one wanted to do their jobs and they acted like they hated being there. I will no be going back.

Expedia reservation says check in at 3PM. I emailed the property to ask for early check in since we had an event that evening, property never responded. We get there at 2:50PM for check in. The lady tells us she doesn’t know why Expedia tells us 3PM check in when their check in is “at 4PM and that their elite members took advantage of their late check out perk.” They have very limited parking. Other than not being able to check in on time our stay was good.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was perfect and very walkable with plenty of things to do. The room was clean, updated and very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a getaway trip during the week. The hotel is very conveniently located ( about 3/4 mile, easy walk) to the Newport Aquarium, Purple People Bridge, and Newport on the Levee. We also went on a riverboat cruise, BB Riverboats. I was nice, it was a sight seeing tour.

I loved the hotel but the elevator was hard to learn to use at first as you had to use your room key to make out work. I was supposed to be refunded $20 but due to the last up front taking cash instead of card due to me not having money on my card for the $20 to be paid, I still have not received my $20 deposit back and I contacted the hotel twice now. I feel like under pressure a lot of things were not explained and now I’m out $20 due to a new hire not properly being trained. That’s a lot for a mother of four who just spent $200 for the room

So we’ve stayed here many times over the years and had stopped before it was remodeled bc it was so run down. I gave it another chance when I saw it had been updated. It looks brand new but half of our bathroom was falling apart. Shower head, ledge in the shower, toilet seat all look as they’re barely hanging on. Then, at breakfast, it was open til 10 but at 8:30 coffee and most food was gone. No one in sight for 30 mins to replenish anything. I went to check out about 10 and stood there for 5 minutes and no one came out. I get it, everyone needs more staff, but you’re gonna have to do better.

Perfect location. Easy access and parking. Room could have been a little cleaner. There was trash left under the bed and the shower wasn’t fully clean. Other than that, I would stay again.
