    Checking in took 45 minutes due to the front desk having to go verify that each person's room was actually cleaned by housekeeping. The actual room was good. Breakfast was good. If the entire staff properly did their job fully, it would make everything go smoother for the guests.

    Great location right on the river. Parking lot was a bit crowded but we were able to find a spot. Hotel is older, a little run down. Overall clean. Staff was friendly.

    Nice hotel and ok continnental breakfast. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Challenge comes to having your room serviced. Cleaning staff do not communicate well with hotel staff. Even leaving a do not disturb sign in side the room does not guarantee your room will be serviced. On our stay of 7 nights we were only able to get our room serviced on the 6th night. This happened only after several requests for service were made. Most frustrating.

    The refrigerator didn’t get cold. There wasn’t a remote control for the tv in the room other than that every thing was good. Air conditioning worked great.

    Excellent property! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, and awesome breakfast. We went to Cincinnati to see the Reds and were able to walk to the stadium from the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

    location of hotel to levee The room given to me upon my arrival wasn’t cleaned. I took pictures and went back to the front desk and they placed me in another room. That room had been cleaned. However, the lights over the bathroom sink did not work because I did not want the inconvenience of maintenance people in that room. I stayed in that room for two nights when I checked out I told the desk person about the lights above the sink. He did not apologize. He just said well that may be the room where the lights don’t work and we’re waiting on a part to fix it. Nobody should ever be placed in a room where the staff knows that the lights don’t work in the bathroom.

    The room was wonderful - spacious and clean! Very nice hotel, but we were unfortunately assigned the room right next to the fitness center where equipment was being slammed on the floor until midnight or so. The lounge and breakfast areas were also located on the second floor so as long as you get a room elsewhere your stay will be great.

    From elevators that did not function on the last evening of our stay, necessitating walking five flights of stairs after a long day at work, to housekeeping services that required daily calls for what should’ve been normal service and a morning breakfast staff that gave off the impression that we were annoying them, despite not being ready to open at 6 AM, we were disappointed. At this time, I cannot recommend this hotel if you’re looking for the usual Marriott Bonvoy service. Sorry.

    The front desk staff was as accommodating as possible. However, our check in was over an hour and half later than what it should have been. The hallways were pretty noisy from kids/family’s going in and out of rooms and running through the halls. Our room was very nice and clean!

    Bring your own pillows, theirs are flat. Our bathroom door didn’t latch. Breakfast was okay.
