Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Newport Cincinnati

The bathroom floors were exceptionally grimy. I don’t think they actually clean them with maybe just a swiffer or something similar, let alone a wet mop.

Arrived late to no one at the front desk. The tv in my room did not work and the staff didn’t seem as friendly.

Great hotel, front desk staff could be trained better and seemed a bit scattered. But other than that not bad over all.

This is the best hotel my family and I have been to in quite awhile and we travel a lot. Check in was a breeze and the front desk staff was very informative. Our rooms were spacious and clean with great lighting. The gym had sufficient equipment and the breakfast was delicious! Easy access to the bridge if you have an event in Cincinnati. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the Newport/Cincinnati area!

The older lady at check in was absolutely phenomenal.

Great location, close to the Reds ballpark and the bus came right by the hotel, only $1 to ride if you had cash. Rooms were spacious and clean, front desk were helpful. Elevators were a bit slow and the breakfast was ok. All in all we were very happy with our stay

Check in was terrible, but the rest was fine

The room was upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite. It was clean and had everything we needed. The Breakfast was good, staff kind and helpful in every way. The air condition was easy to operate and woorked very well. I will definitely reccommend Fairfield Marriot Newport, Kentucky to family and friends

We had an accessible room, the bathroom was not per code. No drain in the bathroom floor, so the shower water ran into the hallway. Other than that, the hotel and location were nice.

Front desk lady was rude when I arrived, the room wasn’t ready so I had to come back in an hour. When I came back the small lobby was packed and the 2 front desk employees took forever to check people in. The lobby isn’t welcoming and the building is older. The floor I was on smelled strongly of cleaner. The room itself was nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. I would not stay here again.

We liked this hotel. The staff was helpful and friendly, the property and our room were clean, and it is close to many dinner options.

Parking spaces very narrow and limited.

The breakfast was adequate, but I expected more. The only pastry was a muffin. I did like that the air conditioner noise was not annoying.

I called and told you all I had a death in my family and could not make this reservation. You all said I would have to pay the full amount. Thank you for your empathy

The hallways wasn't too cleah.. Place smell must. No information in or around what to do or anything. No clock in room.. Cabinet where microwave was too low Small refrigerator was very wobbly and had to fix it yourself.. No mention of I've machine..

Enjoyed our stay at the hotel and was very well maintained and located to get to, only gripe was we had a room right next to fitness room and had someone dropping dumbbells onto the ground hard at 5:15 in the morning not sure if they could get switched to other wall to relieve that noise a little which would be the kitchen wall, but overall a nice stay and would go back

The property and hotel were nice. We had a noon checkout time and had the maids knocking on our door at 8:45am wanting in to clean. They then stood outside the door in the hallway until we were out. Also they started cleaning/putting away the breakfast items before they were supposed to. Front desk just said they would notify management. Not ok in my book.
