Exceptional

The hotel was very cute and a great location. We could walk to everything we wanted to see. The staff was so nice and the breakfast was wonderful. The room was very small and the bed was uncomfortable.

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, parking available, free and convenient.

The room was over priced for what it was, but considering the hotel is in a good location and it was the height of the summer season, the price was fair compared to other places.

It was a terrific location and had lots of character. The rooms were cute, clean, and everything worked great — especially the air conditioning. Parking was convenient and free and breakfast was delish! I would definitely stay again.

We absolutely loved the Bellevue Manor!! This special hotel was so charming, historic beautifully maintained and super clean! The rooms are spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also great, a few blocks away from the waterfront restaurants and shopping and also had an amazing coffee shop right next to the hotel, Picnic coffee which was wonderful. The hotel also included breakfast which we thought would just be bagels and coffee, but we were blown away by the awesome breakfast spread of fresh fruit, pancakes, quiche, sausage and Greek Yogurt. Thank you for the wonderful stay, we will be back! :)

It was charming, and and the front porch was delightful. We had requested a minimal of stairs and it would’ve been nice to know that the breakfast was served downstairs a bit of a surprise, but we made it and it was delicious and very surprisingly bountiful. The only thing that I would suggest is the check-in process is a little odd having to go from one location to another and then back to the original manor. Otherwise everything was great we had help with our luggage upon Request and Housekeeping was great. Just the fact that the breakfast was downstairs. It really wasn’t that we didn’t like it. It just would’ve been nice to know that we had to go downstairs for it, but it was delicious and the staff was very helpful in pleasant.

Location was great. Easy to get to, walkable to restaurants & shops. Free parking out back & complementary breakfasts were welcome perks. Window ac unit was 2ft from the bed and blew directly on me. Peak of the summer and the room was always a bit humid/damp. Def a "European" vibe to the hotel. Shower leaked like crazy onto the bathroom floor (missing a gasket, I think). Would be overpriced, but it's Newport in peak season...

Nice place breakfast was good. Rooms keep clean and very helpful staff.

Very comfortable bed. Our two bedroom suite surprised us by having 1.5 baths! Amazing location! Shower needs a deep clean or new tile.

The location was perfect! Easy to walk to most attractions, very convenient!

The hotel was a lovely, historic building. Free parking is offered, which is a definite plus. The breakfast was limited, but very nice. The location is great...just a few minutes of walking and you are in the wharf area and lots of shopping and restaurants. The hotel staff was very kind and welcoming. Definitely recommend. No complaints. A bit more of a selection at breakfast would be a nice addition.

Couldn’t get into hotel . Was sent down the street to another hotel to get my key from a gentleman at a desk. Never did see the inside of the actual bed n breakfast. The room was actually the sprinkler room of another bldg. I had to go through a dark room with tables and chairs to get to my door which was located right next to one of the tables. A plain wooden door ( no numbers identifying it was a room) with a lock inside a doorknob… I did not feel safe. I slept with scissors all night, just incase!!!

Size of room, Clean, Hotel Location Confusing Check in since check in was a block away from rooms. Hotel Check in person, forget his name was incredibly helpful.
