Such a great property. Close to everything. Not too big so it’s nice and quiet. Offered everything we needed and more. So friendly.

Cozy, clean rooms, perfect location with free parking. Lovely staff, they guided us well for our limited time in Newport. Yummy brekkie and full day complementary coffee. Air conditioning could benefit from an upgrade

Location was perfect for walking to downtown and wharf. Breakfast was continental and was adequate coffee delicious, fruit fresh and ripe, variety of teas to choose from I wouldn’t change anything

Breakfast was good and accommodating . Unfortunate homeless in the area but not a concern.

Friendly staff, good location next to town. Made for a good walking trip to the clifftop walk and seeing the cottages. Morning breakfast and the afternoon coffee and cookies were very good. Room backed onto the backside of the restaurant next door, leading to noise from garbage collection in the morning, and cigarette smoke smell when they were taking breaks from their shift. Would come back, wasn't for long, but just something to be aware of.

Front desk staff were so so friendly! They gave me lots of bandaids until I was able to get to CVS...lol. Gave great suggestions regarding the mansions and cliff walk. Extremely friendly!

Spacious room with comfy bed, nice breakfast and great location - away from the bustle and bustle but quick walk to all the action.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved your breakfast offering....very boutique like. Your location is the very best in Newport! Your place reinforced the point that we want to return to Newport for a future visit. No complaints whatsoever.

We could easily walk to the transportation center for our trolly tour. We walked everywhere and didn’t have to worry about parking for our whole trip. Friendly staff and a nice continental breakfast with good coffee. Bed was comfy and the room was very clean.

Nice decor, spotlessly clean. Nice porch with seating. Cookies in the afternoon. Breakfast was very nice. Really appreciated hard boiled eggs, mash avocado. When we first arrived, used desk phone and told curtly “rooms aren’t ready”. Another interaction with younger man at desk was a bit surly. Front desk interaction should be better. Coffee at breakfast was weak.

The location and history of the jailhouse It was great but maybe gluten free bread for breakfast as an option.

Free breakfast was great as well as location. Free parking as well. We had a room in back of the building. Just a dirt parking lot.
