The staff was very kind and helpful. They gave wonderful tips about the area and helped making the stay more enjoyable. While leaving we forgot something in the room. When they found the item, they shipped it back to us which was very thoughtful. Greatly appreciated!

Requested a particular room but didn’t get it. It’s our 3rd time here but it’s the Folk Festival weekend so it’s all understandable. The formerly Surf Club restaurant that used to be nice is not nice at all anymore.

Location and charm can’t be beat! Parking is the biggest bonus.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. A special mention goes to the lady at the front desk (whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch), who was exceptionally kind and welcoming. She was friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. It’s always a pleasure to be greeted with such genuine hospitality. The room itself was comfortable, although the furniture felt a bit dated. The main downside was that our room, like some others, faced the street and the restaurant’s outdoor terrace. It was very noisy until late at night, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

The room we had was right next to the noisy restaurant There is no main lobby. Barely a front desk manger at post. Things need to be updated. It’s tattered and worn.

Great location downtown, ac was awesome, big rooms with pullout couch and kitchenette a plus, parking included for one car in price, staff very nice

The Location is magnificent,the rooms are spacious, and feels very homey ,like renting an apartment or own house. Offering an option of an extra bed would be better than the sofa beds,sofa be was okay but those things are never that great,for a family of four wod have preferred 2 actual beds.
