Clean room, very helpful staff, Excellant parking, great location.

Everything we needed and more. A little dated compared to chain hotels but comfortable and cozy. Easy walk to explore the town but plenty of shopping, bars and restaurants on the same block. Baseball stadium, aquarium, free trolley/bus, mansions, all very walkable. Relaxed, easy, friendly hotel.

Close to everything and parking right on property Asked for early check in and was told they would make it happen but didn’t until 3pm check in time

Rooms were beautiful, clean and located in downtown Newport. It was excellent. We checked in the evening of 6/5/26 and the gentleman who was at front desk, could not have been nicer. He made the experience even better. We will stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.

Enjoyed having outdoor space on terraces. Great having kitchen facilities No seats on upstairs terrace. Tired decor .

The proximity to shops and restaurants. The double balconies in the two floor townhouse. The circular stairs were cute and charming but more difficult for folks with mobility issues.

Great location, wonderful accommodation, very friendly staff. Tough getting luggage up the parking lot stairs when you are older.

Front desk staff are absolutely amazing. We had friends come to join us for the second night of our stay and they found us a two bedroom suite and made the move so easy. The rooms were impeccable and the location is absolutely the best. Except for going to the beach we were able to park our car and walk everywhere. We have stayed here many many times, so many I couldn't begin to count. Never a negative experience.

Room was spacious and well appointed, bed and pillows were comfortable, and the bathroom was good. Room smelled of stale cigarettes. Parking was expensive.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Amazing location. Friendly staff. Thorough cleaning with frequent replacement of hygiene products. Unintuitive entrance, single elevator. Relative lack of services when compared to pricing.
