The Inn was very clean and pretty. The location was excellent. I would definitely stay here again!

Super nice. But our room on 3 floor so we couldn't carry our suitcases. We are old. Plenty of room for coffee maker. Not sure why not!

The TV in room was stuck on picture frame mode. I was not able to watch TV. The was a nice refigerator and the AC worked well. There was NO place to hang my clothes and NO PARKING? on site??.

This inn was substantially overpriced for what you get. The location is great but there’s no parking onsite and the free lot is a 15-20 minute walk away and somewhat dodgy at night. Our room was fine but strangely laid out and bed was not especially comfortable. The shower and bathroom were quite barebones. The staff was responsive by text but no one was onsite when we arrived Friday night at 9:15pm. “Continental breakfast” was very minimal. Totally decent but wouldn’t stay again.

Location was perfect, breakfast very nice and well stocked, comfortable places to sit and eat. Room was spacious and comfortable as well! No parking and TV didn't work

We never saw any staff during our visit- but everything was clean and comfortable. They have no onsite parking - but they offer free parking a little more than a mile away and it’s easily walkable. Breakfast was very basic- bagels, yogurt, coffee and fruit offerings- fine. Amazing location and beautifully decorated.

No staff, communication via text was a tad difficult, Stairwell not clean. Continental breakfast was put out night before. No parking close to property or safe in my opinion.

Great location and comfortable room. They also let us check in early after a long travel day which was so much appreciated. Comfortable bed and linens

Fantastic location, newly refurbished rooms and exterior. Thoughtful touches everywhere. You won’t be disappointed!

They do not have parking and you either need to park your car far from the property, but for free ( 15-20 min walk! , or to pay $ 80 for overnight parking near by

The parking was some what away ended up spend 75 bucks to park over night beside this loved the hotel very cute will be coming back next time in town.

We had a wonderful time at the inn. The location couldn't have been better, the bed was super comfortable, it was like having our own little apartment! Fabulous There wasn't really any staff on site to answer questions however they were extremely responsive through text. The whole experience was wonderful, adorable little suite.

Good location, nicely decorated, comfortable bed. The breakfast area was nice and clean. Parking… had no idea we would be parking so far away. That was a real bummer when we were tired and had to walk 15 min. That wasn’t very clear initially. The bathroom can only fit one person.

We liked the easy check in and we liked not meeting the owner. Other bed and breakfasts felt strained because the owner would talk and talk... The room was immaculate and clean. The bathroom was a little small but super cute and efficient. The parking was a bit 'away' but not bad at all because basically when you go to Newport, you plan on walking everywhere anyway. We will totally book here again. It was great! There was nothing we didn't like.
