This is a wonderful place to stay in Newport. Great location, but not in the middle of the noisy parts. Beautiful rooms and facilities and a great breakfast!

The breakfast was amazing…the best breakfast we have ever had at a bed and breakfast. The Inn is very close to the wharf.

The property was beautifully decorated. Everything was of a very good standard. Breakfast was lush and Lisa was a darling, she was very welcoming and made sure our stay was perfect

We stayed in room 10 with the balcony. This is in a good location and is a cute place to stay, but general cleanliness in the room could be improved (nightstands needed wiped down, room needed dusted, carpet needed deep clean). There were also ants in our room. Maintenance did come and spray, but we continued to see ants after this unfortunately and just had to place our belongings carefully. The breakfast was wonderful and the innkeeper was friendly. Overall, cleanliness and no insects is very important to us, so we would not stay here again, but the location and breakfast were good.

From the moment we arrived, our Innkeeper, Lisa, gave us a personal welcome with helpful information about the area, restaurants, activities, complete with map and directions. The inn is emaculate, breakfasts are amazing, coffee, tea, flavored water always available. It was my birthday and the staff brought out my breakfast that morning with a lit candle carefully placed in my melon!! Location of the Inn, including parking, is great for accessing all the beauty of Newport.

We had a fantastic stay at Serenity Inn! Great location, walking distance to the main strip of shops and restaurants. Our room was spotless. We were very impressed with the breakfast selection and variety. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Clean, self check in, up to date and fresh rooms. Centrally located to shopping and dining and both on site and overflow parking. Very nice stay would recommend.
