Enjoyed the location and the view.

Great set up for a family or small group. No complaints.

The deck was tired. Also, we were promised a great view. It was worse than last year. The view from the room was non-existent and on the deck, you were looking straight at the railing when sitting down. Last year we had bar height table and chairs on the deck so you could see over the railing with much better view.

The location was very convenient. There was plenty of parking and we could leave our car and walk into town. We had small kids with us aged 5 and 6 and they could manage the walk without difficulty. The apartment was very spacious, well-arranged and clean. It had a nice view overlooking the pool area and beyond that, the harbour. The beds were comfortable. There was a whirlpool bath which was a real treat! The pool area was decent with plenty of recliners & towels were provided at reception. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just minor points. The aircon was extremely loud and rattled. We switched it off overnight because it was so noisy. The fixtures and fittings & carpet in the apartment were a bit tired-looking (although everything worked and was clean & well-maintained). We had to set up the sofa-bed ourselves for the children when we arrived late at night.

The hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was very well stocked with everything we could have needed. The view was beautiful. The pool was well maintained. Our room was exceptionally clean. This place is great for families who need extra rooms, more space, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. We would absolutely stay here again.

View to the bay, size of the suite. Location near Thames St. was very convenient. The air conditioner was loud

I love coming and staying at the Wellington. The location is 100% and the views from the balcony are just amazing. It’s a smidge dated inside the rooms! But still very clean and very functional

The rooms are so spacious. That was a pleasant surprise. Views off the back deck and the pool I wouldn’t say there’s was anything we didn’t like. It was kept up very well. Everywhere was clean

The pool area was great. Our room had great views of the water. It was a well maintained property. Staff was helpful and friendly. The living room furniture could have been more comfortable for our family of 4.

The size of the apartment was huge and worked very well for 2 couples . Staff were brilliant very helpful . Pool was super and gym very well equipped The furniture and decor were a bit tired but perfectly fine

The condo we stayed in was outdated and needed some minor tlc (needed paint, siding fixed, re caulking, etc) however none of this effect our stay. It was exceptionally clean, extremely comfortable beds, and the location and privacy of the property couldn’t be beat. Parking was easy and the laundry in the room was ideal. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved the views from our balcony. It was close to all the shops and eateries on Thames st. Such a perfect location. My children loved looking at the bunnies on the hotel meadows. It would be nice to have room service.

As usual, wonderful and helpful staff. We love the area. Walking distance to many restaurants, but on the quiet end of Thames St.

Rooms, gym and both pool areas were very clean. Would highly recommend this resort. N/a

- Not within easy walking distance of anything. - If you want only to use the pool, fitness center or out door lounge area, this place is for you. For anything else, you'll need to go (drive) elsewhere except for maybe The Elms mansion. And, traffic is horrendous.
