The property sits right on Newport Harbor. The views are spectacular, the facilities are too notch, and the location is perfect. It is walking distance to all of downtown Newport. There was nothing not to like.

Great place to stay! We had two rooms, a full kitchen, family room, and dining room room. It was spacious and a great layout. Perfect place to stay to be able to walk to all the shopping and restaurants. Would absolutely stay here again. Front desk staff was super friendly and they made check-in very easy.

The location was excellent. It was walking distance to the restaurants and shops but was at the quieter end of the street. The rooms need updating. Furnishings, decor, kitchen and bathrooms are very out dated.

Friendly staff and clean! The fold out couch needs to be replaced!!! Very uncomfortable!!!! We were supposed to have 5 comfortable sleeping spaces. Beds were fine.

No beach access.

Location was perfect! Beautiful view of the harbor, we could literally walk to everything... restaurants, mansions, cliff walk. Furniture and kitchen were a little dated... but the space itself was surprisingly large and comfortable overall.

We loved the location, which was within walking distance to so many shops, restaurants, and points of interest. The fact that parking was included was a major plus. Our unit had plenty of room and a nice view of the harbor. It was perfect for four women on a girls trip! It was often difficult to get hot water in the shower. The water heater apparently isn't powerful enough.

Proximity to downtown

Spacious condo with gorgeous view of Newport harbor, especially during sunset. Within walking distance to restaurants, a short drive to Bowens Wharf or cliff walk. We didn't cook but the condo comes with a large kitchen equipped with full cookware, so would be great for longer stays. None

The location is very convenient. You can walk to the wharfs of Newport and watch the July 4th fireworks right from your balcony. The interior of the apartment was very dated. The bathrooms in particular need an entire renovation. The ceilings in the bathrooms are so low one hits their head when walking into the tub.

The property was very well organized and laid out and in a great part of town for the holiday weekend Everything was excellent

The deck was tired. Also, we were promised a great view. It was worse than last year. The view from the room was non-existent and on the deck, you were looking straight at the railing when sitting down. Last year we had bar height table and chairs on the deck so you could see over the railing with much better view.

The hotel staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our room was very well stocked with everything we could have needed. The view was beautiful. The pool was well maintained. Our room was exceptionally clean. This place is great for families who need extra rooms, more space, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. We would absolutely stay here again.
