The hotel was nice and clean! Beds comfortable, I would definitely stay again. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, because the breakfast was horrible! If the breakfast was on point, 5 stars would've be given.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The pool and ice machine was out of order.

Their room key system was down, and they truly made the best of the situation. The staff were so friendly and willing to go above and beyond if needed. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone!

Clean room, staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was in a parking garage across the street from the hotel. It is within walking distance of shops and restaurants in Uptown Normal and ISU. The Starbucks located right around the corner from the front desk was extremely convenient.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming and provided us recommendations for local coffee shops and restaurants. Room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was super friendly, the location was great, and super clean and spacious. Free breakfast too was a plus! Unfortunately the pool was being renovated at the time of our stay.
