This place was the absolute filthiest places I’ve ever been in. Bugs everywhere. The beds were not even clean and there were clothes (socks) left on a shelf from whoever stayed there before. My son and I left and had to find another place. I had paid for the room upfront, and had to fight to get my money back from the foreigners running the place. Stay far away from this place.

Room had not been cleaned. It was filthy! I pulled back the covers and could see pet books in the sea. I went back to the front desk to ask for my money back so I could stay somewhere else and they refused to give me the full amount and charge a cleaning fee. Absolutely ridiculous and gross.

Cigarette butts in hallways, $10 to check in 45 minutes early. Room had mold on baseboard throughout room. A/c created overwhelming condensation on EVERYTHING in the room and actually pooled on floors in spots. Bathroom had very old towels. No shampoo. Inside of shower was riddled with mold all around edges throughout. TV remote would not function, when calling front desk to ask for assistance, they told me to use buttons on side of TV. Front desk lady had overwhelming terrible attitude. Truthfully this hotel seemed more appropriate for hookers and johns- and likely is used often. I probably should get some valtrex or antibiotics after staying here. Oh well.

There are many times when there is no one at the front office window to help customers. The staff person working at the front counter has a room in the hotel and very often has been seen around that room. There are no phones in the room. Even when someone has non-smoking room you can smell the smell of smoke coming from other rooms nearby. For people staying more than one day, there are no replacement of towels or wash cloths and no one will clean your room. When I asked a laundry person for additional towels he placed them on the carpet in front of my door. For people who are handicapped or have challenges walking, there are three locations in the motel and have sloped surfaces that rise up a little bit and slope down a little bit. One is in the middle of the first floor where the hallways cross and the other two are on the side doors to the parking lot. Because you have to use your room key to get in the side doors handicapped customers have an uncomfortable position trying to open those side doors. The only vending machine was a sewing machine that would not take money and it looked like the ice machine was unsanitary. Although there is a shower for handicapped people, the entrance to the shower sloped and slippery. Very short shower bench is dangerous.

Staff is great. I feel safe and it’s very quiet.

Staff would rather go back & fourth then see how they can help. My remote simply wasnt connected to the tv & instead of fixing the problem he basically was telling me im wrong & that it should be connected because the lights are working… I gave up with him & went back to my room & inconveniently maneuvered through the tv with the 1 button… I asked maintenance for help & he switched the remote & boom, working ! I felt the front desk guy just didn’t want to leave the front and help anyone smh go work for the graveyard if you don’t want to talk to people

Had roaches

Parking ok ,ac great, puddle of water on bathroom floor from shower drain, no bath towels, had to use hand towel instead. Used the other hand towel that looked either dirty or had some mold stain for the water on floor. Sink faucet handle was broken off. Had to use the shower for water to brush my teeth. No water cups. Haphazard housekeeping. Someone else’s entry card left in room and pillow was at foot of bed with the other at the head. Saw two bed bugs in the morning in the bathroom when I turned on the light, but not in the main room thankfully.

The room key did not work. Stayed for two days every time we left the room we had to have the key reprogrammed. The shower had paint on the floor. The staff was not helpful at all. Will not be staying here ever again
