Infested with roaches

It was easy to find and accessible. The smell and it was too old. The bed was rock hard.

The bugs were bad. Room was dirty. Drunk people everywhere even coming to our door.

the staff were great upon check in and check out. the general area was great. the noise level was acceptable. Loud at times but well within reason. the building was aging and they definitely had a pest issue that they were well aware of. roach baits everywhere. but they appeared to be trying hard to rectify that issue. clean, fresh bedding. clean in room amenities. bathroom was upkept but again roach baits everywhere. Im glad I brought my kitty with me who had a field day chasing them down. no bed bugs. no mouse droppings. cheapest stay by far in the area. you get what you pay for. I stayed for the weekend but left everything in the car. would recommend as soon as the roach problem is rectified. they seem to be working on it

Nothing it was disgusting There was poop on my shower curtain and bugs climbing the wall. The ice machine leaked and there was wet moldy towels around the floor to soak up the water.

Wall and furniture had food stains. Bathroom sink was waking. Shower looked like it had more. Very bad

As we left we forgot an electronic device in our room, we called and stated what we lost and they stated they throw away items left in the room. So my friend took it as a lost and then the next day the location pinged at a house in that area so we contacted the police and retrieved the item that was left in our room from an employee that works there!! How come you stated you throw items away and not have a lost and found but yet one of your employees had our property??! Very suspicious and rude!

Blood on the wall had bed bugs and wouldn’t give me a refund!!!!

Roach infested property never will I come here again The roaches

I liked nothing The staff!! I was not offered a discount or even a free night after finding a roach in my room!! I wasn't even able to obtain clean towels after 4pm because the front desk couldn't access them since housekeeping had left for the day!

nothing honestly everything..! very noisy from entrance door outside cause by its broken or something when people in and out. Broken shower chair in a Disability Access room! broken leg of a night stand...AND dirty dirty and dirty. check out time is 11 am, but we can not enter our room and the building by 10:30 because the key wont work anymore. BAD experience!

I was able to see my car from my room That the fob didn't work they turn your key fob off @10 when check out is @11 if you stay and extra night they charges 20$ for check in early which I don't understand when I'm already in the room and I'm paying before my check out time. I killed two roaches and got bitten by bedbugs I do have the pictures taking in the room.

Staff is so nice to me. I always feel welcome. I always feel safe and quiet. Thank you for your hospitality.

No hot water in the shower and roaches crawling around after we turned out the lights

This place was the absolute filthiest places I’ve ever been in. Bugs everywhere. The beds were not even clean and there were clothes (socks) left on a shelf from whoever stayed there before. My son and I left and had to find another place. I had paid for the room upfront, and had to fight to get my money back from the foreigners running the place. Stay far away from this place.
