Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable and hotel staff were very helpful at checkin. The shower in the room could have done with a little cleaning, but everything worked fine. It was nice to have the kitchenette and fridge in the room as we were traveling with kids. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Overall a great stay!

Able to get our family of 5 in one room. Not a lot of room for the family once in the room that cost as much as two normal rooms anywhere else. We won’t do this again.

The breakfast space was varied, lots of choices for seating comfort and modern casual. The breakfast had a ton of out of the ordinary choices, making it the best hotel bar breakfast I have ever had. The pool was waist/chest high the entire length so safe for lots of fun play, and bright with doors to the outside so adults could supervise while enjoying fresh air. The design of this hotel and the modern diverse young professional staff with a focus on environmental focused options, like real plates and silverware and glassware, but paper if you needed it, made me feel this chain is one I will use to stay with kids from now on. All other traditional chains of hotels would not allow 5 in a room, and with 3 little grandchildren, I would have had to be untruthful about the number of kids and had poor choices for everyone to fit. These rooms are spacious and the couch for people to enjoy a tv and not keep everyone else awake. I think people with kids have found an advocate. I hope they can keep their prices down like currently so I can keep using them. I would like just a little less expense, since kids are expensive and as a grandparent I want to include them all and not have to just take 2.

The only thing I could mention is that the pocket door for the bathroom was sprung a little and left a gap. Room was clean and the staff was very helpful.

Location is very convenient and ample parking spaces. I wouldn't choose this place in future.

The room was very spacious and accessible

I really expected the beds to be more comfortable than they were. We have stayed in a Home2 that had some very comfortable beds and we were hoping for the same at this location.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was large, but I had a 11 month old baby crawling around in our room and after one hour of crawling around his entire feet and legs were completely black from the dirty floors in the bathroom. There was hairs all over the floor that wasn’t ours and dirt in the corners. The room was very large and very nice, but it was disturbing how dirty my baby got from crawling on the floor.

Breakfast was good. Rooms have everything you need for several days. Like the large refrigerator.

Clean room, very friendly staff, knowledgeable, helpful, quick to respond when we had any questions, would highly recommend this facility
